Wife is having trouble getting in and out of 850mi vehicle we leased from Hansel BMW. It is costing me a little bit of money, as it should but I have been able to work out a reasonable deal to buy it out and get a more elevated SUV. We are very thankful of their help and understanding.

They ( Jason and techs) really took care of me on the service side. Maybe a slight cost for real dealership support but my i3 electric was taken care of properly and fast
The Hansel family has been involved in the California transportation industry starting with Joseph Hansel in 1851 selling horse-drawn carriages. In 1901, Joseph’s son opened California’s first Cadillac dealership. The first Hansel Auto Group dealership opened by Walter Hansel in 1961. The family continues to call Sonoma County their home as Henry and Justin Hansel lead the way. Their passion extends beyond cars and believes that giving back to their community is an important responsibility.
