This is the only Acura dealership I will go to. Victor Love is the best sales rep. I’ve been going to him for years. He’s very personable, knows his stuff, and is not pushy. The new finance manager Dino Peters was so nice and quickly took care of all the paperwork. I will always come back here

Acura you continue to do bad business. I made an appointment a month before to get my MDX serviced and that consisted of an oil change and Transmission fluid change plus a recall . I arrived to my scheduled appointment they did an oil change and said my car was ready when I get to the counter they mentioned they didn’t have the transmission fluid and I would have to come back when they do. Now why wouldn’t they tell me this in the beginning or call me to reschedule? The service guy mentioned a he’ll give me a call once the transmission fluid arrives. He told me this in November of 2023 it is now May 7th and I still haven’t heard back.
I Recently scheduled an appointment on 4-30-2024 for a service plus a recall and the service provider says he’ll have someone else call for the recall. The recall is for a faulty crankshaft which sounds important i heard nothing but CRICKETS nobody cared to call and get me scheduled.
I call May 7th to cancel my upcoming appointment and they said I wasn’t on schedule. Huh? Ok. Hansel Acura lacks customer service. I will not be doing any more business with them .

Late review as I have forgotten to post. This is for Isamar Rios, my saleslady that sold me my Acura MDX. Isa was very professional , polite and understanding on every step of the process. I felt no pressure on purchasing my Acura MDX. If I would buy another Acura , I would definitely go straight to her.

I've now bought 2 cars from Hansel, my 2015 BMW 320i and recently a 2024 Acura Integra Type S. I'm the type of buyer who shops around, and I probably talked to 6 different dealerships this time looking for the best deal. But there's many reasons I keep coming back to Hansel: best prices, most flexible, extremely communicative, and people who are as enthusiastic about getting a car as I am. I want to give a special shoutout to Isamar Rios and John Groth for helping me every step of the way. I plan to do more car shopping here in the future.

the only person who helps me here is Victor. the only reason i went back is because of him. But in times that he is not there. it is very hard for someone to call you back in terms of sale or issues with your car. That is why i left Acura Hansel twice and sold my mdx twice. I have called for a week now and have not got a single call back from this dealership.

I would definilty reccomend Hansel Acura. We bought a used vehicle that had a sticker price $1400 below market value according to Car Guru. Neither the salesman or the financing guy were pushy. After driving it for a week, we noticed it pulled to the right. Hansel gave it an alignment and replaced two tires to get it back in line, and they paid for the Uber to get me home when I dropped it off. I felt like that was above and beyond. That checked a lot of boxes for me. Thanks, Hansel!

Hansel Acura has a very knowledgeable and professional team. Everyboby here works hard and with patience to help the customer to make the right choice and to keep the car buying process stress free. Need service on our Acura while on the road last week. The service at this Acura location was excellent. Dave (service manager) was helpful, communicated well and answered all of our questions with straight answers. I wish they were closer to where I live.

The first time I brought my Acura in for Service went very well. The second time, I came in for a service and recall fix was disappointing. The service department did not give me the certificate of proof that the work had been done and I could not register the vehicle without the certificate. I had to drive to the lot and pick it up. No apology for not having given it to me at the time.Then one morning my windshield wipers went crazy and I scheduled an appointment to have them repaired. They informed me that one had to be replaced as it had broken and the other there was a problem with the mechanism. They told me they would order the parts and let me know. When I heard nothing for a week I called, the young woman could not find the order and stated she would call me back. She did not call me back. Three days later I called to find out what was happening. I was told by a young man they had no record but he would call me back. Several hours later another gentleman called and informed me that the parts needed were on backorder and they had no idea when they would arrive.I contacted another repair shop and they stated they would be happy to check it for me. They looked at it and brought it back to me stating, there was no broken wiper and the mechanism simply had a loose bolt. They repaired it for me on the spot. What the???

Worst place I’ve ever been. Don’t care about their customers. I was almost in a car accident and the part that would have prevented it is on back order and it’s been months. Do not buy an ACURA until you ask them about parts and the fact that some of the parts are on back order for 2 years. It can be the best car but without functioning parts it’s junk. Don’t risk your life, they won’t even give you a loner car because they only have “2” and I’ve been waiting for it to be available for the last 2 months. I wish I knew that they care more for possible customers than existing customers. A dealership who cares would take the part from one of their existing vehicles and put it into the car of the customer who paid 80k for their car only a year ago rather then keeping that part for a possible new customer who might or might not make the purchase.

I don't want leave this but .unfortunately very sad .if you guys have any change in your car just make sure take out otherwise they will take it I was there for recall and my car have a $40 quarter and few single $ bill when I was at home just empty bag and I called them they said manager ll call u but no buddy even ask me what happenedits very shamefull for luxury car service department be careful

Took my car in for a tune-up and had an excellent experience at Hansel Acura! It was around a 90-minute wait for my car to be serviced. David at the service desk graciously offered to call an Uber while I waited. Complimentary car wash with tune-up was much appreciated! Thank you Acura, and David for great service!

I was with my mother to help her buy a used vehicle. Our saleswoman was Isa and she was very pleasant, polite, and only showed us what we were looking for. Because of that, my mother found the perfect vehicle. She made the buying experience very nice. Thank you Isa and the Acura team.

Undervalued my clean trade-in by 5k compared to clearly defined blue book trade in value, and lied about what dealerships were going to receive the exact car I wanted because they don't do dealer trades with the San Francisco location. Figured out San Francisco was getting the exact one I asked about the second I got back into my car to leave. I was kind enough to nicely let the salesman know via text that I had purchased elsewhere. Based on his response, I wish I had ghosted him instead. Poor experience.

The team at Hansel Acura made my first car buying experience amazing! Ken, Isamar and Andy were incredibly helpful and had everything prepared and ready to go when we arrived from out of town. They made the process quick and easy. I couldn't recommend this dealership more!
