Victor Love and John Groth and the Hansel Acura Santa Rosa team did an excellent job helping me get my 2018 Honda Civic. They were friendly and efficient. This is the second time I have used this dealership and I was very happy with the process. I highly recommend these folks at Hansel Acura!

Need service on our Acura while on the road last week. The service at this Acura location was excellent. Dave (service manager) was helpful, communicated well and answered all of our questions with straight answers. I wish they were closer to where I live.

I was with my mother to help her buy a used vehicle. Our saleswoman was Isa and she was very pleasant, polite, and only showed us what we were looking for. Because of that, my mother found the perfect vehicle. She made the buying experience very nice. Thank you Isa and the Acura team.

Alfonso did a great job on the phone, and got me to come in to get floor mats for my new RDX after I had trouble findind any accessories online. (Acura had zero available accessories online for my 2023 RDX, even called their 800#. Really, huh??) He did such a great job showing me all the available add-on accessories that I ordered a cargo liner, heated steering wheel and remote start that day too. Can't wait to get them installed soon.

Undervalued my 8k mile trade-in by 5k compared to clearly defined blue book trade in value, and lied about what dealerships were going to receive the exact car I wanted because they don't do dealer trades with the San Francisco location. Figured out San Francisco was getting the exact one I asked about the second I got back into my car to leave. I was kind enough to nicely let the salesman know via text that I had purchased elsewhere. Based on his response, I wish I had ghosted him instead.

If you are looking at getting a new car, go talk to Michelle Sanchez! She was so kind, answered every question I had with clarity, and wasn't pushy at all. She made the entire process feel very seamless and I left in my first new car. I couldn't be happier not only with the vehicle, but with the experience as a whole. Thank you, Michelle!

I recently was in a car accident and unfortunately my car was totaled. I didn't have plans to be in the market for a new car, especially not in the current market, with dealer mark ups etc. I spent two weeks driving all over California trying to find a new car but kept running into dealers with their frivolous mark ups and questionable tactics to sell a car, that was until I called Hansel Acura and spoke with Joshua. From the moment Joshua answered the phone he was extremely helpful. Joshua worked with Andy and found the exact car I wanted at another dealership (with a huge dealer markup) and traded one of their new vehicles for the one I wanted. They made this happen within 15 minutes of me calling them. I immediately drove from Modesto to Santa Rosa to purchase my car. Joshua, Andy and Bryant made purchasing my car, in a crazy market, seamless. I would make the three hour drive again if I were ever in the market to buy a car again due to the amazing experience I had with Joshua, Andy and Bryant. If only all car dealerships had employees like them. I was able to purchase my car with no dealer markup and experience amazing customer service at the same time.

I went to Hansel Acura and worked with Victor Love. He was attentive and listened to what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions about Acuras. I will definitely come back to this Acura dealership because of him!

Remotely purchased a previously owned vehicle from Hansel Acura. Maritza, George, Arturo, and Justin were great throughout the entire process, including negotiating in good faith, procuring financing through my credit union, and arranging for transportation of the vehicle once the paperwork was complete.

I recently purchased an Acura from Hansel and spent more than I originally wanted too, but it was still a good deal. Once I got home and looked carefully through all the paperwork I noticed I was charged for something that was optional and not included. I called Acura and the customer service department (Hannah) called me back and worked with the sales team and I was able to get my money back with no hassle. I was so impressed and grateful that they could do this for me. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. They were friendly, courteous and professional. This is what customer service is all about. Bryant did a great job.

The service department has since remedied the over-booking problem. Twice now they have been prompt, professional and spot-on re: time of service completion. I am very grateful for their service, the people providing it and the quality delivered.
