Elvia Osnaya helped me every step of the way to complete a refinancing loan with Stearns. It was my third loan I arranged with her over the past ten years, the first one to buy my own first house, the second one to obtain a better interest rate when the rates dropped significantly, and the third to finance a second property. Each time, she has been an expert professional, and educated me about the process of mortgage loans, which in this Covid-19 time seem to be extra complicated, cumbersome and time consuming. She was wonderful and I highly recommend her services .

Elvia helped us since say one was very efficient as we were already accepted with an offer and needed to get the ball rolling. She was super fast and always communicated every step of the way and laid out all options and always was sure that we understood everything. This is truly the best service we got and we are truly thankful with all the support and guidance that was given. Could have not chosend better she is the best!!

Our loan officer Barry O'Meara was absolutely excellent. Barry made sure we were informed every step of the way and provided us with necessary documents and guidance throughout the process. What most impressed us was Barry's ability to meet each deadline with ease and navigate the obstacles we encountered gracefully. I highly recommend Barry O'Meara for any of your mortgage needs.

Kelly Pennington was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions, even when we reached out to her outside of her normal office hours. She helped us to understand everything as first time home buyers. I don't think we would have felt as confident and comfortable with anyone else. I like to say that she "held my hand" through the entire process because I truly felt that she cared about our family and wanted to assure us that the entire process would go smoothly. She brought relief during a time that is usually stressful and confusing for most people. Not to mention that she closed our loan in half the time we thought it would take! We are forever grateful for all of her hard work and guidance!

I had never met Ginny before recently buying a home. But from day one, she made me feel like we were old friends.
