It is a very bad workshop that does not comply with what it gets from the insurance that charges exaggeratedly for a bumper on my car. It charged me more than 4000 dollars and in the simplest case I do not recommend it.

I had very little treatment with them, but they demonstrate a lot of professionalism in their service, totally bilingual (Spanish and English), and I would recommend taking your car to this collision center.

I’m very impressed with Guanella’s work and approach to customer satisfaction. My BMW was in a minor collision. Guanella took whatever time was necessary to perform an excellent repair. This one of, if not the most modern and high end auto body shops in the county. It's clean, organized and has modern equipment from the body shop to the paint booths. Even the alignment machine and lift are state of the art. Have seen the end product first hand and you can't even tell that the vehicle was in an accident. They use OEM parts and high quality paint.

They are great I my car got flooded and I didn't know what to do or where to call my insurance company told me to choose a place and I remember hearing from them in the radio so I looked them up and gave them a call and honestly they took care of everything it was such a relief. I felt so supported they kept calling to give me updates. I would recommend this place too every one.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. They had my car for three weeks and two days. I was updated like once during that time period. They told me how my paint would not match the rest of my car, cus the bumper was plastic, so I kept asking for my original bumper back (to take elsewhere to fix). They did not want to give the bumper back to me. I then asked three different people three different times to please see the bumper before it went on the car and no one there cared. In the end, I got the original bumper back and they had sanded a huge piece because they were planning to reuse it on my car!! which the insurance paid to replace! I then was told rudely to not even pick up the car without the check. I went and saw the car a day before pickup and it did not look good and let them know. I was told that the manager would call me early and he did not call early. He then told me to go look at the car and it did not look like the day prior. It then looked good .... well man I should've looked closely. When i got home, I noticied they didn't replace a whole piece on the car that they were paid to repair. They chipped the paint on another piece of my car. I called and told the manager Fernando that I was very disappointed and he claimed he would tell the owner. I have not heard anything since last Friday. Guanellas you are so unprofessional.

I get the sense that they project their inefficient work and failures onto others, it shows because their demeanor is insulting for no reason. Skip them and go to a better, more efficient and friendly auto body business; the owners here are demeaning and sarcastic and I can see how that can negatively impact their workers.

I got into an accident on Sept 4 2022, got it towed to them on Sept 5. They parked my Tacoma, unlocked, in there front gated lot. They didn't look at it at all until Sept 29, when they called me to see if I picked it up. No. It was STOLEN. Someone cut the lock on fence and shut the internet down, so the Ring Cameras did not work that whole weekend on the 18 of September. But didn't notice it until they called me. They and the insurance company and claims reps have been short and rude with me and didn't return calls. My truck got recovered a month later more damaged. This is all true from the police report. Insurance company says its not they're responsibility and not liable. One word, NEGLIGENCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.Services: Steering & suspension repair

I usually don't write in when I have a good experience, as it's easier to complain, but I have to praise Guanella for fixing the annoying crack in my car's front windshield. A garbage truck tossed a rock at me on 101 and it just grew over the past few weeks. I went into Guanella and they did everything for me including contacting my insurance. I was so glad I only had to pay the deductible! They said it would take a few days and sure enough, 3 days later I had a brand new windshield. I highly recommend Guanella!

Got my car back after dropping it at their shop three weeks ago. A few days before my pickup date, I got a call that my car won't be ready as a needed piece was on backorder. I spoke with Rick, explained my situation (limited resources/options, etc.) and he understood that going for an indeterminate time frame without a car would be extremely hard for me. He spoke with his team, he pulled every string he could, and he got the job done. I was able to get my car back as scheduled. Not only that, my car was meticulously cleaned inside and out. Now that's great service!

I dropped my Mazda off my car has been there to weeks no phone call or anything I show up then they gave us back the checks saying that they don't have time to fix it. Un friendly service they dont return phone calls
