Kinda 'eh with employees who do not understand much about the product they are selling nor have the time to help you figure it out. A bit of a rough crowd as far as workers goes, but a decent high priced selection of Chinese made products.

They don’t have same prices and there website . To good to be true . That’s a way to get people in by posting cheap prices in there website . And in store nothing says price very convenient for the store . Don’t waste your time

Stopped by for some felt grow bags and received great service from Eric. He was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions and making sure we considered various options. He also knows his stuff when it comes to soil media and mixes. Prices were also very reasonable. If it looks closed but the gate is open, just drive towards the back of the parking lot where the entrance is. We almost left cause the open sign wasn't lit but were glad we didn't.

Stopped in for some soil for our garden. Spoke, at length, with Ky regarding items we needed and issues we faced in last year's garden. Ky was helpful, friendly and professional. We settled on what we needed, he had a training session that he needed to attend to so he asked another associate to check us out... Could not have been more pleased with information and attention we received (also said we could call anytime with questions). Also, while we were being helped, a gentleman came in looking for a particular item, GGH did not carry that item, so Ky suggested a competitor store for the gentleman to call on for the item he was seeking.
