This store is spacious and well-organized, which makes for a great thrift trip without worrying about running into people or feeling rushed and crowded. I would say the prices are generally reasonable. The bags and shirts are cute. The staff is great, they once let me park my bike in the store when I lost my lock.
Overall, this is one of my favorite places to thrift due to kind staff who leaves you be but is willing to help, as well as a good selection with pretty good prices and lots of places to look.

I love this Goodwill. I never cease to find something here. I never walk away empty handed! That's a rarity.PRO:- Amazing slection- Absolute huge store- Fresh selection- Excellent parkingCON:- I always spend money here hahahaha!- Not the "nicest" or neatest Goodwill- Donation center interferes with parking- Nearby Banquet Hall can interfere with parking and getting outSUMMARY:You'll have to hunt in some areas but you will most likely be rewarded for your efforts. It's eclectic here but you do get better bargains than other Goodwills which have become pretty $$$

Like every thrift store, you won't always find something. But their selection of toys, games and things like lamps and lamp shades are always promising. I've definitely found some great little home decor items as well. You just have to poke around a bit longer. Employees are always friendly which is appreciated in this area for the typical goodwills around here.

Tried to donate some really great, even new items here a few times and they do not seem to take anything at all without explanation, its maddening. Shopping here, you really feel it as it is one of the worst goodwills around as they never have anything, the store feels barren.

The prices here for clothing are ridiculous. $10 for a pair of pants ? And not just good quality, good brands - it's EVERYTHING that is overpriced. If you're looking for deals, this is not the thrift store to go to.

Will never donate here again. They will pick through your prepared donation boxes and decide what they want. Terrible terrible customer service for doing them a favor and donating to them. Beggars shouldn’t be choosy

My favorite place to shop for clothes.

I was confused by the organization of items, but clothes were organized by size which was nice. There is no real dedicated home area and so glasses and whatnot sit on top of clothing racks.

Great staff and a good selection of things in every category. Media choices and electronics seem like their strongest sections most days.

S E R V I C E:There's a lot of parking available, that was probably one of the good parts of this location. There was only one staff member I saw, and he wasn't very friendly. S T O R E:Maybe I came on an off day, but there was hardly anything in the store. Men and women's clothing were mixed together and everything else was in random places. Although the aisles were clean, it was hard to go through them because of the lack of items.O V E R A L L:There was zero organization and not enough items to go through at the same time. Very disappointed.

There are several Goodwill stores in Santa Rosa. I stopped by this one because I have not been in it for a long time. I am always on the lookout for cd's, dvd's and framed artwork. Books are also on my radar. Today, I found a dvd I wanted to add to my collection. What I like about Goodwill, is that the money they make from sales of donated items and financial donations, they use towards training people to become viable members of the workforce.
