Small and with not enough inventory. I did find a coat I liked. An employee was pulling down half the dresses from the racks when I got there and said it was “old” inventory, so I was not able to see everything they had. A flat $10 for all dresses is too high for the selection they had.

Fitting rooms still closed since 2020. I'm not sure who is buying clothes without knowing how they fit but it ain't me.

This is one of the Goodwill games that I heartily love! I can't remember the last time I left here empty handed.PRO:- I always find something. Sounds strange but it's true- Eclectic assortment- Very well stocked- Nice clothing, I usually find new with tags- Toys are a good price- Great kitchenware- Tchotchke is outstandingCON:- Limited parking lot but I always find something here or outside on the street- Closed Mondays & Tuesdays!SUMMARY:I always think to come here on Mondays and Tuesdays and of coarse, it's closed those days. But this store really is something special

I like this goodwill! I think it's well organized and the items look nice. My only critique is that the dressing rooms have said "temporarily closed" for the last year plus. That's not temporary and I hate buying clothes in a no returns situation when I can't try them on.

Had such a horrible experience here. They zip tied ALL the child seats closed on their shopping carts and then lied to me that only children 2 and under were allowed to sit in them. The instructions on their shopping carts clearly state that children under 4 years and 35 pounds can be placed in the seat. I am so shocked that I had to argue with an employee about being able to safely secure my 3 year old in a shopping cart. The employee was so rude, and when I called her out on her lie she just walked away and I had to find another employee to cut the zip tie. My family and I definitely will not be coming back again.

Not a great experience at all, and my family definitely won't be back. Especially since I am in shock as to what this store is doing with their shopping carts, and that they are lying to parents that their young children cannot be placed in the seat. They zip tied ALL the child seats closed and then proceeded to tell me that my 3 year old child was not allowed in the shopping cart. The employee said that only children under 2 could sit in the seats, when the shopping cart itself clearly stated that children up to 4 years and 35 lbs could sit in the seat. I am so shocked that I had to argue with an employee about using a shopping cart! It's literally designed for children to sit in. And then when she realized that I caught her in a lie, she just walked away, and I had to find another employee to cut the zip tie off.

Just went to go donate some baby clothes and there was nobody at the donation station and the side donation door was only open a crack. So I set down my bags and went to walk inside the front door to tell someone that I was dropping off, and I hear a very rude lady condescending yell “excuse me did YOU drop these off here?!” I turned around and said “oh yeah I was just popping my head inside to tell someone since there was nobody here” and she proceeded to tell me rudely how I should’ve knocked on the door…like there is no sign or anything saying that how would I know that?!? I told her sorry I thought I was doing the right thing by going inside to tell someone but her tone stayed extremely rude like I was purposely doing something wrong. And I had my three year old with me the entire time. It left such a bad taste in my mouth. Donate elsewhere.

I visit the thrift stores in this area frequently, today was the last day I will visit this one! Not even before my purchase was complete, I noticed there was a stain on a shirt I was purchasing. I asked for them to remove it and the response was it has already gone through, and we won't do anything about it. Tough luck for me! Rather than offering a refund for a defective item or a credit on a future item, the associate exhibited a "whatever" attitude with a "we don't care about customers" demeanor. The manager could not be bothered. Sales associates are are rude and pushy and will literally push you out of the way to clear their racks. I will mention the one nice lady that is always friendly and helpful and often working the cash register. I feel sorry she has to work with such rude, incompetent people. I would skip this one and visit the many other gems with much higher ratings! For the record, I am an individual that usually only leaves a review if it is positive. I felt pretty strongly to reiterate what so many others experience when walking into this location.

$3.00 each for smallish bath towels that look like they were washed at least 100 times? I think not. Totally overpricedd.

I'm a regular donator and shopper at the 4th street location, but can't believe the wastefulness and rudeness of the big tall girl that works there. After dropping off my donation, I went in to shop and noticed they had a beautiful glass electric tea kettle for sale - it is Cosori brand; but it was missing the electric power base-I had an extra one at home because I had broken mine - so I alerted a volunteer and he was so excited because now it would be an electric tea kettle again. I returned about 5 minutes later and a big tall girl (brown thinning hair and a speech impediment) said: "oh I saw that in back and tossed it in the garbage...". I asked if I could clean it up and bring it back and she said: "it's in the bottom of a huge trash"What a rude, wasteful liar...I'll never donate here, or at any good will again. Done. I thought items were sold, not "tossed" in the trash. J***
