Never had a issue till know giving me wrong information drove down to oakland to be told my flight was Saturday when the lady from he wrote on the plane ticket leave friday nov 3 be there at oakland 9:30pm drove there for nothing my ride in mexico paid toll amd taxi for nothing so mad

My aunt recommended and now I highly recommended Gil. I was using turbo tax but Gil saved me a bit of money still had to pay but not as much as I would have doing my own taxes. I will now be coming here yearly and saving my self the headache. Thank you Gil!

If you EVER have any trouble with sending a Western Inion or MoneyGram, come see Ms. Cecelia at Gil’s taxes. She is the literally the absolute BEST at handdeling these transactions. Gils as a business is ok, our taxes got screwed up here 2 years in a row but Ms. Cecilia at the counter is a credit to Gil’s taxes.I will NEVER use any other services because Ms. Cecilia is 10/10 amazing!! Someone (Gil) give this amazing lady a raise!!!

A few years ago they would take their payment from the refund customers are suppose to receive then call you when they had you check to pick up. Well now my middle class refund got deposited into whatever account they use in the past and when I called them it was oh we don't use that account no more etc. nothing but excuses gave me a number that is just a machine. Irs said if they don't help me or give me my refund to call back an open an investigation which is what I am doing now

This guy (Gil) is horrible. He does not have great customer service and was rude. I asked a few questions and he started raising his voice. He kept interrupting every time I spoke as well. Do not recommend

I do not recommend this place unprofessional and rude!We called ahead of time went all the way there sat there for almost 45 minutes for them to tell us that the notary guy left and went home! The guy was unprofessional and laughed when We got upset because we had urgent documents that needed to be motorized. All other places were closed due to the fires, it was last resort, and they failed!

This guy had a database breach a few years ago. A person who does not know how to safeguard personal information. People were getting money taken out of bank accounts. When asked about it, he ignored the question. This is probably the shadiest tax services you can go too. I suggest checking your bank accounts and monitoring your credit.
