I was fast asleep and my car was involved in a hit and run, right outside my house. The staff was swift and professional at G&C auto, my car was repaired in no time. It all felt like a bad dream with a quick resolution.Thank you Staff at G & C Auto Body!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. I came to drop off my car right after an accident. They still helped me even though the office was already closed.I came back the next day to empty my car and the same thing, I was treated with kindness. I talked to 4 people that day and they were all helpful.One guy explained to me the process, what to expect, and answered all my questions.It is very much appreciated during this stressful time.

So happy with how my 2016 Ford Fusion turned out after taking a hit! They definitely take pride in their work and that’s hard to find these days , even the front desk employees are all so helpful and responsive about my cars progress while it being in their care. The man who works at the Lark-field-wikiup location is extremely rude and almost aggressive towards customers. He also refuses to fix damages done on vehicles.

They gave for my AAA-insured 2005 Honda CR-V a $6,200 estimate (it was somewhat sloppily sawed off.) Since car was worth $6000-$5800 (probably higher today), AAA said total it and surrender car for $5800 or take $3500 (+/-)and keep car. Kept car, took payment...and had repaired satisfactorily for $1400 elsewhere (at a Marin County muffler shop).The inept (lazy?) claim handler was in COLORADO,not local; didn't want any other bids once she had G&C's, even when my multiple call-around showed nobody charging even half the G&C bid. (Car passed smog test no problem shortly after work was done.)

From the office staff, to working with Kevin and Luis, the customer experience with this shop was incredible. The timeline for the job was fast while staying in consistent communication with me on updates. The work they did on my Range Rover was exceptional, the repairs had it looking as if it just came out of the shop. Highly recommend!
