I have bad luck with cars, and I have had to come to this place a couple times. They have never let me down, my car has always looked excellent, my insurance works with them so I don't have to mess with anything, and they have a really nice waiting area. Brie has been a particular standout employee, who is a pleasure to work with and shows a real commitment to client service. I appreciate having a business like G&C Auto body available to me.

A family member of mine brought their 2023 Honda civic in for repairs, their vehicle was hit from behind and after the repairs it’s as if nothing happened. I’m not sure how they do it but G & C Auto Body does quality work. I live 1 hour and 40 minutes away from this shop but based off of their previous work I brought in my personal vehicle for repairs on the front end. They did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. When I picked up my vehicle not only did I notice that they fixed my ride but they detailed each of my wheels! When I brought my car in all 4 of my wheels were dirty and they gave me my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off, that’s more than I can ask for. The staff have great communication, they answered all of my texts and calls in a timely manner and they were very respectful. 10/10 I will be back if need be in the future.

They did the repair on the scheduled day very quickly and as a gift I received my car clean, I liked it very much in addition to the various forms of payment they accept

Slow wait, unprofessional front desk. Ashley and other front desk giggling and passing around notes after I called out them being slow. Wouldn’t touch this place with a stick if my insurance didn’t send me here.

Long Delays and Sloppy WorkMy car went off the road in a storm in January of 2023 and had extensive undercarriage damage. I took it into G&C and was helped by a woman named Tyler Walker. She and her team inspected my car and told me that she was going to order the necessary parts and give me a call when they arrived. Two weeks went by with no call. I called her back to get an update and I was told that they were still waiting on the parts due to supply chain delays and that they would keep me updated, yet again.I waited for TWO MONTHS with no call and no updates. At this point, I became very frustrated with the delays and lack of communication. I called and asked for Tyler and was told she no longer works there and that Alex Pantoja would be taking over my claim and that he would call me by the end of day. Alex called three days later apologizing for the delay and assuring me that the issue would be resolved ASAP. I was confused because I was told they were working on my claim in January, yet I received no updates and had to reach out to them myself in March. Even after reaching out to them, it took them until April to even start working on the repairs.Once repairs began, they took two weeks to complete and I was satisfied with the results, until I took my car in to Toyota for regular maintenance in August. Their technician informed me that there was significant mud and debris still left on my front axle, causing a pinhole leak that would become dangerous if left unchecked. I never went off road again after G&C completed repairs, so there was no way this was new damage. G&C wasted my time and then failed to notice and fix serious damage, causing me to reopen my claim with insurance and take time off from work to fix their mistake. This time I took it to Toyota, who promptly fixed the damage. If I had known how inefficient and unprofessional G&C was going to be, I would have gone straight to Toyota the first time to get the repairs done right.Oh, and shortly after repairs were “completed”, G&C began calling me repeatedly asking for a 5 star review of their work. 5 stars for wasting my time and letting me drive a potentially unsafe car? Well, here’s the review you hounded me for.

My car was backed into in a parking lot, my insurance recommend G and C in Santa Rosa. Chris was my contact and the process was smooth, efficient and stress free.

April 17th 2023Saying that I regret sending my car to be repaired at G&C Auto body is an understatement!January 5 a redwood tree fell and broke my sun roof on my vehicle (only 1year old). My insurance has a contract with G&C for repairs, and the car dealership is at least 45 minutes from my house and the car was so wet inside all the towels I sat on were soaked immediately, with the sunroof broken there is glass everywhere, I didn’t feel safe enough to drive it to the dealership.I dropped my car off at G&C the second week January, explaining that my main concern is mold and electrical issues from the rain storm that blew the tree down.G&C didn’t feel comfortable making the repairs on the headliner or the sunroof themselves so they ended up driving my car the 40 miles to the dealership. G&C contacted me to scheduled an appointment on April 5 to pick up my car because repairs were supposedly finished. I arranged for a ride to G&C to pick up the car, once I arrive they till me there are some electrical issues with the car so it has to go back to the dealership for further diagnostic which means a second trip to the dealership. The car had Literally just come back from the mini Cooper dealership the day before (dealership is located 40 miles from G&C), The battery replacement, which has so far taken 12 days due to logistics of having 2 people available to drop it off and picking it up. At this point my car is still at the dealership waiting to be picked up and taken back to G&C.Had I known that G&C is not able to make the repairs them selves I would have never taken it there. What a waist of time and energy!Communication is abysmal, it can take days for a response on repair status.Services: Electrical

If I could leave a no star I would. I have been jerked around in even getting an estimate on my Tesla to have it repaired. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and they have a D- rating. They are not accredited by them and now I can understand why they aren't. Timm replied to this posting and asked that we get in touch with him. Tried three times but no response! Their motto, "We Listen, We Promise, We Deliver" should definitely be changed and put a NEVER after the WE!

Brought my car here November 3rd for estimate. Insurance already had approved repairs, 2 weeks later I call Ryan and he says parts on order, we will get you in right after thanksgiving, December 8th I go in to shop since I hadn't heard from anyone. Mind you I've had no drivers side window, Manager says Ryan was sick so that's why nobody called. I speak to Ryan he says all parts are here we will get you in. It's now 2 weeks later December 23rd and haven't heard anything. I called in they can't find me in the system, nobody knows anything about parts or repairs. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOU CAR FIXED IN A REASONABLE TIME PERIOD-

Ben and his crew did a great job. Ben was in contact with me shotly after dropping off the vehicle that he had found a bit more damage and that it would be one day longer. He had given me a time that they would be done and it was ready for pick up at the time he had stated.great job,ThanksDavidServices: Body & Trim

I was rear ended by 18yo driver and it was clear his fault. I asked G&C autobody to give me an estimate and it was below 2K for the new bumper paint and installation. I decided to go for it and instead they decided without my consent to install new exhaust which brought the price to almost 5K. The exhaust pipe is extending too much out of specifications and it does not look like a stock car. Stay away from these crooks, they obviously charged 18yo dude almost 5K through insurance, made my car look bizarre and it took them almost 1 month to finish.Service: Exhaust

Avoid this place. Do not get your car fixed by them, do not do any business with them. Go to Toyota Freeman, go to Ford, go ANYWHERE else. My car was side swiped and pushed onto the curb, they fixed this. I got my car back and there was an unusual rubbing noise. I brought my car back, in which they said it sounded normal but looked at it again and ended up replacing the left bearing. I got my car back and it still had the unusual rubbing noise. I brought it back, they said it was "road noise". Complete BS. I know my car like the back of my hand. I brought my car to Ford (it's a Ford Mustang), who says the right bearing needed to be replaced because when the car was pushed onto the curb it created damage. G&C auto body denied it was from the accident. Ford said it was completely from the accident. Ford was willing to take over the claim and make it right for ME. I was in and out of G&C auto body for MONTHS with issues they didn't fix, I let it go I did not continue the claim processing. Forgive and forget it's a noise I'll just continue living with until I fix it. Emphasis on myself fixing this issue that they couldn't comprehend to fix that my insurance paid them to fix. 2 months into having my car back the cold months are now here, they had replaced the drivers side mirror 2 months ago when I had my car in the shop, and I am realizing they replaced it with the wrong mirror, the mirror they used has no defroster and no puddle lamp compared to my original they were supposed to replace. I am so infuriated, I emailed them and am awaiting a response. All in all do not take your vehicle here unless you do not care about your vehicle one bit. I've recently befriended a retailer who works at the Windsor g&c auto body who agreed that the work they do is half assed, they really don't care and that's coming from an actual employee. I worked and saved hard for my car just for them to treat it like trash, they took the money my insurance paid and put the lowest quality work into it and couldn't give direct answers to what the rubbing noises were when I asked, even the worker who went to help me from ford thought it was a joke of how uneducated the answers they were giving us were. It was comical. I never leave Yelp reviews, but this absolute joke of a job they did deserves one.
