Normally service here is good. The day after Christmas was not one of them. The greeting was colder than fish. The comment about my Ryobi chainsaw was a huge put down. To top it off, I had to call back twice to get an estimate of the repairs and still don’t have my saw back 10 days later.

Very happy! My Toro lawnmower wouldn't start so did an internet search and found this place. Very reasonable price all the machine needed was a clean out of the carburetor and now it works like a charm! Plus I'd had trouble adjusting the height which I had forgotten to mention when I dropped it off and they fixed that too!

Happy to have found this shop in Santa Rosa, referred by Lars Engines in Petaluma (thank you.). Probably the only place in Sonoma County that works on Craftsman products. Turned my repair around in less than a week. Thank you. I'll be back and refer others.
