Worst customer service ever. I wish I could give zero star for her. I booked my rental car on Thursday and i got the confirmation number too. I tried to call them to make sure everything goes ok after i booked but nobody response my call. So, i was there today to make sure i had reservation but the lady in front desk was so rude. She said there wasn’t any reservation under my name and i showed them my conformation number and still they couldn’t figure it out. Then the lasy said we can have another reservation if you want then i said ok. She did it and send me the confirmation number but in that mail i saw pickup time 10:00 am and drop off time 7:12 am so i want her to change that time to 10 am sothat i wont get trouble when i drop off the rental car, but the lady get really mad with me. She keep saying doesn’t matter . Why not matter it does matter when u aren’t trustable. Written speak everything. I dont recommend anyone to take service from here.

Standing here at the service counter the inspection document was done 30 minutes ago. People who came in after myself have been served and left. No one can find a manager or the person who was servicing me. The check out is empty except for me. Quick? Courteous? Nooo! Ironically I'm in the market for a new car, guess what, forget ToyotaStill standing here at check out, no service and person checking me out giving an attitude about my wanting to know where my car is Ps it was by appointment and no we are not priority

It was a good experience finding my new car. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted, however, once I received my plates I noticed they added 3 drilled holes in my bumper and damaged it. When I reached out they said how they would try to figure out what happened and I never heard back. I tried reaching out 3 times and I have been ghosted ever since. All they care about it making the sale. Horrible customer service.

honestly, the best customer service experience I've ever had at a dealership. Johnny Greenblat made me feel super welcomed and right at home. I would definitely recommend anyone with a Toyota to come here!

Their appointment system is a still a joke. When you call for an appointment you instead get a text message to use for your appointment and a broken link. Be prepared to be told that the things you experience as problems can't be reproduced and therefore aren't happening (if they might be covered by warrantee.) But at the same time be prepared for other problems to be presented to you as "critical" for service or repair. I've had major communication issues here. These dudes straight up lie.

Turned my elderly mother over to a collection company after her insurance didn't cover $2,000 to pay for alleged damage to a rental car that Freeman had repaired in the Freeman Toyota Rental Center. They have no photos of the car showing the damage and the check in sheet was marked "no damage", yet claim the car was damaged during my mother's 2 day rental. Owners refused to meet with us to discuss this event and told the manager to not do anything about it. We will be taking them to small claims court for the $2,000. Avoid Freeman Toyota--they are not the reputable organization they once were.

The Sales team at Freeman Toyota was immensely helpful in assisting me through the sales process of purchasing a new 4Runner TRD Pro. Specifically, Manny Flores, who was extremely kind, responsive, and empathetic in purchasing a new vehicle. After haggling and questionable sales tactics with Toyota Marin, we found Freeman Toyota. Summary: We've bought many vehicles in the past, and this experience by far was the most enjoyable and easiest. Well worth the travel.Great prices, both on trade-ins (I traded in a 2021 Tacoma TRD Off-Road) and the new vehicles. Simple process, and Manny went above and beyond with his service. 5/5 stars. I cannot recommend this place enough.Specifically for Manny Flores: Excellent snd professional sales rep, great person, and he demonstrated top-notch customer service. Thank you so much Manny. You were by far one of the best sales reps I've ever worked with. We will enjoy recommending our family and friends to you Manny.Trade your car here. Buy a new car from here. Talk with the team. Meet them in person. Great experience. Thank you Freeman Toyota.!Nick & Phil R.

Brita von Rechendorff, our salesperson, provided excellent service through the whole sales process of getting our Corolla Cross hybrid. Let's face it, searching for a Toyota hybrid is like finding a way to win a lottery. Different dealerships have different waitlists and deposit requirements. At Freeman, no deposit was required until you got the allocation that you wanted. Brita kept in touch as to what allocations the dealership was receiving. Once the suv arrived, it was a breeze finalizing the sale. Also, among Bay Area dealerships, the sale price was the best.

Affordable but lowered the miles per day. Could have a loyalty program in place.

TLDR: Home of the $100 Two and a half hour oil change (no car wash, etc).I will stay by saying I am a fan of Toyota and Lexus - I have owned numerous in life, and they have all served me very well. I currently have three vehicles from the family. I take care of them and try to keep them in top shape. When you go to a dealer you expect to pay a premium - I accept that because I feel like that implies premium service. I expect premium parts to cost more and I am willing to pay that to take care of my cars. It is an investment, and I expect a return on that investment over time. That said, Freeman Toyota Service department has been a constant disappointment. Every time I have come here I have run into service issues. To be fair:Not parts, Not sales.Service. It should be simple. Toyota prides itself as a premium manufacturer and service organization, and I believe they are. What is happening here in Santa Rosa falls well short of that. Freeman Lexus has ALWAYS been great. Freeman Toyota has not. Most recently I visited for basic oil change service. I made an appointment, and arrived a couple minutes early. I was greeted by no less than three people, asking what I was in for and whether I had an appointment. I confirmed for each of them I had an appointment for an oil change. They took my car and I went to the lobby. An oil change takes 15 minutes. An hour and a half later, after pinging my service coordinator - he told me it was still processing. Ten minutes later I saw someone go or and get in my car - and drive it around the back of the collision center and into the service building. Turns out I had waited almost two hours before they even started... So yah $100 oil change that takes two and a half hours is a FAIL in my book. I contacted the service manager, and to be fair, they did comp the oil change - but I would have much rather gone someplace else, paid half as much, and been done on 20 minutes. Their abysmal ratings are not a fluke. They have consistently been over priced, and under delivered. This shop is resting on their name - not building their reputation. This is the third time in a row I have come here for service and had issues. Third strike is an out. There are plenty of good shops around to waste your time and money here.I do not recommend this business.

Jose R. is the worst employee there. I went in for two recalls. He said that the part would be in around noon and I should have my car by the end of the day; with both recalls completed. I picked up my car and Jose R. stated that the part was not there and that I can take my car and that he would call me when the other part was in to finish the second recall. Did not receive a call within the week and called and Jose stated that they had the part and forgot to call me. I left my car and received a call from Jose R. stating that they had busted my radiator and would have to order a new one tomorrow. Three days without my car and two trips. Got my car back after I called them several times to see if they had it ready. Got home and radiator fluid leaked all over my driveway. They had to send someone home to fix it. A complete failure of a dealership.

My Toyota broke down in Fort Bragg and I was trying to arrange to have it towed to the nearest Toyota dealership. Unfortunately, that happened to be Freeman Toyota in Santa Rosa. After trying to reach their service department several times, I finally had to have the operator there hunt somebody down to answer the phone. After explaining my situation they transferred me to "someone to help". The phone rang several times until a message came on saying that they had sent me a text link to make an appointment. I hung up and called back. I got someone that said "we have no appointments today, so we sent you a link to make an appointment". I responded "I understand that you can't look at the car today, I just want to have it towed there and then rent a car to drive home. You can keep it a week if necessary." The genius I spoke to then told me "We don't have any rental cars available today". Me: "I'll get my own rental car. I just want to leave my car at your dealership's service dept until someone can look at it". Genius (talking to someone in the background): "I think I heard we have no room in our parking lot?" Me (thinking "really, you can't find anywhere to park a Prius on your parking lot?"): "I really don't have any other options because I am stranded in the middle of nowhere. Can you figure out a way to help me out?" Genius: "I'll need to talk to my manager and call you back". I gave her my contact info. An hour goes by, I call them back. No answer, call again, no answer. I tap the link sent earlier and text them "Please call me back". Nothing. No one ever called, no voice message, no text, nothing. Nice to know that Toyota has a staff of "professionals" willing to be of no help whatsoever when you need them (During regular business hours, no less). Steer clear of this place, they don't care and they are obviously too busy to help a customer in need. I guess I'll just hang at my hotel for a week or so until they get back to me.
