Nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Chris was helpful with my purchase. He did a great job of following up with me, sending texts here and there when he would come a cross a car he knew I was looking for, without ever being pushy or aggressive.
After purchasing a gorgeous RC, the brakes were squeaky. I brought it in and they took care of it asap. Had it fixed in the same amount of time it took me to go get breakfast. I can’t express enough thanks. I’ll never drive anything other than a Lexus again

What an absolute horror show of a dealership!!! I had found a 2012 Lexus IS 350 that had just barely been listed and photos weren’t even uploaded yet and I reached out to Yvette at this dealership and she seemed very nice and sent the Carfax and photos but turned out to be extremely unprofessional. I was very interested in this vehicle so much so that I allowed her to run my credit over the phone which to my understanding lowers your score and completely wasted my time and told me she was going to get back to me the following day and never did, so I had to reach out and ask if I was approved for a loan and then she told me she wasn’t in the office and someone would be in touch with me, which nobody ever contacted me. So basically they just wasted my time and lowered my credit score. You might expect this kind of unprofessionalism from some low end corner lot but not a reputable Lexus dealership. I urge anybody looking to do business with this dealership to avoid it at all costs and take your business to people who treat people with respect and dignity instead. Nasty people like Yvette do not deserve to be in business!!!! And any reply to this message whatsoever would just be a cover-up attempt as to prevent future customers from not doing business with them. What a terrible terrible experience!! DO BETTER

If you plan on buying a car here, or need an experts answer, go to Marty! Marty had helped us in our search and aside from knowledgeable, he was kind, flexible, and knew what he was talking about. We asked, he answered. I was very specific on the type of interior I wanted and he found me every option possible. I could say I fell in love with the cars he showed me. Marty made the process very easy and I do plan on coming back and recommending Marty 100 more times! He made us feel right at home.
And the popcorn…a plus!

Don't buy a Lexus hybrid unless you want to pay $7500 a few years down the road. My hybrid batteries died after just being out of warranty and Lexus told me to go in and have it confirmed for $175 because they said they may help with repairs. They lied and didn't even cover the $175. It's a terrible company now and I don't know when that happened. Desiree at Lexus Brand Engagement is rude, sullen and generally awful to deal with.

I met Aiden Mussabini, a service advisor, who not only assisted me with my auto part issue, he assisted me in getting it ordered and will notify me as soon as it arrives. Aiden provided excellent customer service. I feel confident that my Lexus is well cared for at Freeman. Thank you Aiden!

I've had my IS 250 serviced here regularly for almost 5 years. The service has been fine and the waiting room is nice. This year I decided to compare estimates and saved 35% - 40% by having the same work done at Automotive Excellence and Tire Pro. The savings were more important to me than the amenities at the dealership -- I'm glad I shopped.

Disaster services. Extremely unprofessional. Have a good day if you have Lexus warranty. No parts, even no brakes, no experience. Stay away!!!! It is a joke!!!!! They need cash!!!!

While purchasing a vehicle the sales manager made us wait 45 min. while he finished his lunch in his office. The sales guy was fine he gave us some complimentary key chains, but I really wanted the whole process to be quick.

This Lexus dealer puts its sister dealerships to shame. Absolutely love the service, there was no issues with getting parts, and the service was fast, efficient and available on the weekend. I DONT EVEN OWN A LEXUS, but I trusted them with my vehicle, and they delivered. They also offer your car a bath which is a plus. The Toyota across the street should learn how to operate like this Lexus maintenance and parts department. 100% GO HERE.

The car is uncomfortable, is too small is to compact. the hybrid spread some fume in the cabin.I wanted to trade it in they want 10k off the car I bought 6 months ago. It even had a tire damage in such a short time and even though I have extended warranty and extended service for $6000 purchase, they would not be the service to mount the tire.
