Collision Consultant Ryan gave the best customer service. He explained the options for my minor scrape and even buffed off the paint transfer before I left.Do ask your consultant about the various options to repair, cash out, or just close the claim altogether, though, because they may not be able to give advice unless you ask. (I just said to him, "If I was your favorite old auntie, what would you advise me to do, based on your personal experience?")Service: Body & Trim

I just finished getting my 2017 Toyota Camry repaired and everyone at freeman collision was so nice and helpful. This was my first time being in an accident so I had a lot of questions and wasn't exactly sure where to start but Ali up front helped me file a claim and set me up with Josh Long who was AMAZING! He was very informative and explained each step of my repair in a way I'd actually understand. I hope I won't need to but if I ever get in another accident I'll definitely be bringing my car to freeman collision!!

I recently had my 2015 Prius repaired at Freeman Collision Center. The whole process was amazing, and my car looks better than new. Mitch was the person I worked with; he was awesome in all regards: professionalism, flexibility, etc. I hope I never need body work again, but if I do, I'll be returning to Freeman and asking for Mitch.

So many times I had to call asking to talk to my service rep, so many promises that they would call back. They never did. Fixing this scratch on my car is one of many things I have on my schedule, I don't want to have to babysit the process. If you need your car fixed go somewhere where they are responsive.

My front passenger window was smashed, door damaged, and side panel and seat torn by the window glass. Freeman Collision was great- they took my car within two days, had an estimate by day 4 and had the car completely fixed within 10 days. With the amount of damage, this is amazing. They had to replace door panel pieces, redo the paint, and replace the side mirror mechanisms. The car looks brand new (it's a 2022 Camry). Mitch is the USAA liaison and was wonderful- called us with updates, explained the process, and was kind and cheerful. Cannot recommend Freeman enough- particularly if you have USAA insurance.

My car was involved in a collision due to poor driving by another driver . He damaged my left front door, left rear door and left qtr panel on my 2018 Honda Accord EXL. I took my car here to Freeman Collision Center and it was the best decision I made, they did such a good job on my car! I am very pleased. The girls in the office are very friendly which made the check-in process a breeze. Erik Ellison was my consultant for facilitating the repairs, he was great with communication and advocating on my behalf to AAA. If I ever need car repair services again, I would go back to Freeman Collision Center and I recommend that you give them a try if you ever need repairs!! Cheers!!!

I can't say enough to thank Eric for all his care during this process of a total loss of my car. Eric went above and beyond to get me the information, and once it was clear that my car was totaled, he even paved the path to sales for me to get a new car. He truly treated me like a family member. It is people like Eric that keep me coming back to Freeman Toyota for all of my car needs. THANK YOU!I want to also thank Ally for her kind words just after the accident and making this process less painful. She is an angel.

Started out rocky due to lack of repair parts and concerns of a very extended down time. They went the extra mile and completed the repair on our Highlander in half the time anticipated. Thank you for promptness and communication thru the process.

I’m so very happy with the repairs done to my vehicle. Erik was so very helpful the whole way through. Even when he was waiting for the insurance to get back to him he kept me updated the whole time. Thank you so much Erik. I’ll definitely refer anyone I know who gets into an accident. Please thank the guys who worked on it for me.

I brought my 4 month old Tacoma in to be repaired from a rear end collision. I was immediately impressed with the attention to detail which included not only actually looking at the damage - the other place glanced at the damage and made a very quick (and turned out hugely underestimated the cost and scope of repairs) assessment of repairs that would be needed. Even my untrained eye knew i needed a better collision repair shop. I really appreciated the transparency Eric provided regarding the timeline for repairs. He worked very well with my insurance company. I am extremely pleased to have my truck back within the the time frame that was given to me. It looks like it was never hit. I have had my car in this shop for repairs since October 19 2022. Since then I have been the one trying to get updates on the status of my car. After around 2 months I recieved my car back after demanding for an update, since there was lack of communication between the employee and I. I had to be the one to initiate conversation since Erik would never give us updates. Once I did recieve my car, I noticed issues on the car that were not 100% fixed. That resulted in me having to return my car and I spoke with the general manager Jessie for further evaluation. He proceeded and brought his whole team and stated they would work on the car all together and promised me he would get it done as soon as possible. It's been a week since I've taken my car in for the repairs that they didn't fix the first time and Jessie provided me with his number so I could call him for any questions. I've called him two times already and have not heard from him. The car was leaking from the door, there was gaps in between the hood and fender and the paint on the side wasn't right.

I bought a brand new Tacoma and two years later noticed a manufacturer problem with the paint chipping around the cab area, doors and window seals. I was able to get an appointment right away and brought my truck in. Even though my truck was past warrantee they were friendly and understanding and repainted the truck for free, though it should've cost me $15,000! Throughout the repair the staff was polite, professional and kept me in the loop with updates. They explained the whole process and answered all of my questions and also provided a loaner car for me to use while my truck was in the shop. I was very satisfied with the final result and I will definitely come back again in the future!
