I came to get shoes for a wedding and am so pleased with my experience! The girl was so cute and helpful. I had my dress with me and we picked out a shoe that would look best. I don’t think many other people would have taken the time and effort to actually help me find the perfect shoes. Im so happy and cant wait to shop here again!

I walk in, get hawked down every move I make. Keep in mind I have no purse, in a dress, with a fruit water in hand. Cool, I let it go. I ask for a size because I am buying shoes for someone, and she brings them out. Once she brings them out, she immediately rushed to the door to close it. I was confused but it was closer to closing time so I didn’t think much of it. It was until I gave her a confused look, she walked up to the register and told me “I thought you were going to try them on so I was closing the door so you wouldn’t steal them”. Um? This was my first time ever in the store and I haven’t been to the mall in what, 2 years? I solely went to look for a specific simple heel.
Once I asked her to repeat what she said to confirm I heard her correctly, I said “okay” and brushed it off. That was a second time that I had brushed something off. After I said okay, she then proceeded to ring me up. Cool. She said “$69”, and I looked at her confused again. $69 for CHEAP HEELS??? I looked at her one more time, said yeah no, and walked right out.
This girl either has some trauma she has to get over, or build up her business better because with those prices and with that attitude, I don't doubt seeing a new store there soon. Literally am still in shock of how she treated me but not the other ladies in front of me.

We came in for prom shoes, and the service was amazing. She helped us pick out shoes that matched my daughter's dress and was so kind. I would say after reading the other reviews that whoever those people encountered must have left because I would give 10 stars if I could. She was beyond amazing and really made my kids day!

Worst customer service ever.he is rude.he is annoying and i dont even think he know what what customer service means.he first have different price on the shoes on display and then he tell u a different price at payment time saying well if u wanna buy it this is the price.while a was there he kept talking to someone on the phone didnt even care i was there.never going back there again ever.????????????????????

I walked in to the store becasue i saw a pair of heels that i liked and when i asked for my size the owner literally yelled at me and gave me attitude and rolled his eyes at me. I would never go back again to that store do to the way he treated me and other customers. He will be loosing customers for sure. I did not end up buying the shoes becasue of the way i was treated. I would give them 00 stars if i could!!!
