If you look at my history of reviews on yelp they are all 5 stars because I want to support great businesses, especially small businesses. Yes, there are often issues that come up and if it is resolved in a fair and compromised way, I have no problem. But this Mother's Day, I called Floreria Selena to say that we were disappointed by the arrangement. We had called days ahead and asked if they had lilacs and were told yes. We also requested that there were no carnations in the arrangement. So when my mother received her arrangement with no lilacs and almost all carnations, I did call. I was very nice because I understand that it's one of their busiest times of the year. When the manager was called to the phone, I politely started with: "I know this a stressful time for you. What is your name?" He responded with: "You don't need to know my name." Ok. So. Not a great start. When I explained that we had requested no carnations, etc. I was given one choice and one choice only. Return the flowers, get a refund minus the $20 delivery fee. I would have been open to a "hey, we messed up, what about ...." just about anything. I expressed my embarrassment about asking my mother to put her flowers back out to be picked up but was told "no flowers, no refund". It was an odd experience. Was I nice about it? No. I was/am so upset. It's Mother's Day. As a company they did not follow through with any directions, made well in advance. That is not how you treat customers. I called my mom and asked her to put the flowers by her door. I've never had such an experience before. Really never. I mean it's insane to me to ask my mother to give those flowers back. But

Ordered some flowers for my best friend's mom's 70th birthday and they completely surpassed my expectations. The arrangement was exquisite! I ordered them from South Carolina and they were delivered same day. She loved them!

They were great I asked for a bunch of flowers at 10 minutes to close they said no problem hooked me up with a award winning bouquet. I got the kiss I was hoping for thanks to these wonderful people.

This business has the worst service. Never received my delivery. Guy on the phone was very rude. Acted as if it was my fault that his owner could not deliver due to not knowing how to get to my location. Was asked to have them delivered by 1 and received a message on my phone at 2:20 that he was lost. Asked to have them delivered next day and when called to make sure of delivery the man on phone became extremely rude . I asked to cancel order and was rudely told that I would have to call the company to cancel. I highly recommend you avoid this business as you will be very disappointed with their service. During times of Covid when most are loosing business they should be grateful to still be getting some but are clearly not.

I ordered same day delivery....it never came not a call from them. Next day they said they knocked on my door and couldn't leave on porch....funny thing is I work from home and a full time dad and I was 10 feet from my door all day, they lied to my face and then got an attitude with me. So I finally got my flowers 3 days after I ordered them. Flowers weren't fresh as they should be. I should have known better from the other reviews but I needed them that day and noone else could so it. I would highly recommend you not order from this company.Very disappointed...

No cumplen con sus ordenes… los dueños no son amables…I went there for the first time and it’s going to be my last time… I had to cancel my order cause the staff don’t know what they are talking about they say one thing and someone else says another.. they don’t communicate!
