Marcus and Bobbi were amazing as was Luis the installer. We decided at last minute to sell our house and our realtor needed the carpet done within a week of requesting a bid. We hadn't moved into our house yet and the floors needed to be patched and re-finished. So, we worked with Bobbi and Marcus long distance and via photos. Marcus repaired the floor flawlessly and we agreed on a stain that is great. Responsive, communicative, skilled and respectful. All around excellent!
