This company hired my husband knowing he would have to shut down his business if he lost it to his wife in his divorce. He ended up having to close his business and didn't pay my husband the full amount owed. We are still trying to get his final paycheck. Bad business practices.

Everything was smooth from the start! Mr. Wayne, the manager, was there since day 1 when I decided to bring my car for estimate. He inspected my car, took pictures and even call for parts while I was still there at the office. Communication with Wayne was excellent. I brought my car in at my convenience (on the day I'm off from work) and everything went smoothly. I picked up the car the following week and they did an excellent job with my door replacement. Wayne even got my pre-existing damage (dents and scratches under the door) fixed with no charge! That is definitely going above and beyond for customer service!! I really appreciate what they did. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

My 1997 BMW Z3 suffered a large paint chip from a rock thrown up on the freeway. I neglected to get it repaired and with all the rain this past winter, water got under the paint and caused more damage. I took my baby to Fischer's, got an estimate for repainting the hood, trunk lid and one rear quarter panel. I picked up my car yesterday and could not be happier. Fischer's made my car look like it just rolled off the showroom floor! When I was ready to leave, my battery had died (it was 9 years old!). Wayne made a call, sent one of the workers to pick up a new battery for me and replaced it! Definitely above and beyond what I expected! Obviously I highly recommend Fischer's if you need any body work for your vehicle.

Fischer Auto Body once again came through, and exceeded our expectations. Was in a small car accident but required removing and working on the bumper and testing sensors. Was really sorry that I had the accident but the folks at Fischer were professional, got me the car back faster than I expected and not only did a super job, but worked me with on cost as I was paying out of pocket. The best part was that my car came back looking like NEW. They washed and cleaned is so thoroughly that it took a bit of the sting out of having a car accident at all. Sadly, we have needed to go to Fischer more times in the last decade than we would have preferred, but they do an outstanding job and we appreciate them very much!! Thank you, Fischer Auto Body - a super resource to know in our Sonoma County!

Before coming to Fischer's, I visited several body repair shops that could not repair the large dent and scrapes on my passenger door (when a deer hit me) because of its location. Fischer's took it in and they made this the most enjoyable experience I've had with any shop because of their craftsmanship and their communication during the entire process. What used to be my least favorite side of my car is now my favorite because it looks brand new!Services: Painting
