First time customer at this location, but all I can say is- Anthony. The narrative screaming young people don't want to work let alone work hard haven't met young workers like Anthony. This dude is ?! He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable top to bottom (I brought in an online purchase to return/ship and needed a shipping label the company had provided me printed, as we don't have one at home.) I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. He talked me through the process step by step and knew exactly what he was doing. Highly suggest if you need competent, quick help ask for Anthony! Thanks Anthony! (Anthony's boss/manager should highly consider giving this man a raise ??)

Yesterday was first time using the services at this location.Joyce who helped me was great. I liked the service so much I came back today to ship another package.It is nice to deal with a company that employed professional and polite employees.

Joyce is a ROCKSTAR!!We were in a pinch to get some flyers printed today and I was lucky to call this center. She said to come on in and she would take care of our order. She took exceptional care of us while still providing friendly and prompt service to the other customers who stopped in. The pride in her work is evident. FedEx, you guys are fortunate to have this gem of an employee!! Thank you Joyce!

Fascinatingly incompetent workers. My husband went to pick up a package for me. He had the missed package slip with him that was left on our door, and also his drivers license with our home address/the delivery address on it, but they didn't want to give him the package and had the audacity to tell him that if he wanted to pick up my packages for me that he should have had me take his last name upon marriage. I get that it's FedEx- I'm not expecting 5 star customer service. I do expect a basic level of competence

How can you sit on packages for 2 and half days and not even contact or update the customer? Truly the worst Fedex in the area. 1 star is too kind for real :(

The ladies this morning (5/19/2022 @ 9am) had exceptional customer service. They were very Patient and hands on to get all my items mailed. I had my toddler with me and was kinda making it a little difficult packing my boxes and getting the right labels to them. I didn't catch their names but I hope the company knows they are doing an excellent job.

Should be no stars! This was our third time using this location. Every time there has been an issue with the same woman -large white woman, brown/red hair, EXTREMELY rude!First time we went I had 6 books I was shipping to different addresses, she whined and then complained that it was too many addresses and she didn’t want to do it! Uhh, what?!Second time we went there my package was delayed because she put in the wrong address! And then today I was shipping Christmas presents 5 of them, she complained again and then proceeded to go to the bathroom, then answer phones making us wait, it was definitely on purpose, all the while being extremely rude. I picked up my packages and went to UPS where they were super fast and friendly. Will NEVER go to this place again!!

Olga was very patient with handling my order. She helped me complete a print order for my grandson . She treated me with courtesy and respect as well with the other customers. I hope she gets a raise and promotion.
