Andrew is one of the best CS / employee / receptionist whatever you’d like to call it, he’s the best - instantly made me feel like I could get my package shipped safely, in good hands and without making me feel bad for not knowing packing / shipping terms, or shorted/ taken advantage of for those qualities either. He deserves a raise! I almost want to work there with his attitude :) will ship here from here on out as long as he’s there

Horrible quality photos and very expensive. There were two guys working there this morning 12/21 at 8:30 am and zero people in the store and somehow the service was still slow. It cost over $7 for only three 4x6 photos that were grainy and completely off colored. They didn’t offer a refund or anything and blamed my photos for being “backlit”, which obviously they have no clue about photography, because my photos were taken during daylight with all natural lighting and they were not backlit what so ever. Clowns. I highly recommend Draftech if you want incredible quality photos, great service, AND cheaper.

Christine and Andrew were really helpful and patient in printing out passport photos for me, even when I was almost at the closing time of the store. Had been to this store 2 times in past as well and the staff has been supportive and patient all throughout

Worst experience shipping anything ever and extremely terrible customer service from everyone aside from Andrew. I was mis quoted shipping amounts when I called in 20 mins before arriving. Cost was $60 greater than quoted and it was a business delivery that was not charged to my personal card

I think the clerk's name was Michael. He told me all my options clearly and then walked me through the steps to accomplish the least expensive choice.It was a wonderful exchange with a friendly and helpful clerk. My job was finished quickly and perfectly. I would give him ten stars if possible.

very convenient and easy to find using a traditional old fashioned method of picking up my cell phone and calling for directions. the directions to the store were perfect. i did not get lost. needed copies. and not any of the machines were broken.
