They were so helpful! They didn't have what I was looking for, but they Went out of their way to find a part that wasn't even in their store and told me where I can find it! The two people I believe were Brian and Lani. Shout out to them for being so welcoming and sweet!

Ryan went above and beyond helping me get bolts and screws for my project car. He knew most just by sight. Took his time and whelps me pick out or offered his thoughts on what could would work as well or better. Definitely my new go to place for hardware.

Went in looking for metric I bolts. They did not stock it but had over 100 in another location. What sense does that make. You better call before you go there because you might waste you time like I did. The store only stock stuff that has a history so that's why some stores have huge inventory and other store have 0 items. How d*** is that ? This is not the first time I have struck out with these guys. I'd rather go somewhere else.

I went in there to get a set pin and a nut. As I walked in 2 guys were at the counter, one with dark glasses and a balding/bald head in his late 30's or 40's asked what can I do for you. I said I need a couple things and it's better if I showed you... At this point I can already see he's irritated. I pull the two items out of my pocket and show him. He goes to me, "I don't know what that is", "how am I supposed to help you if I don't know what it is and this other thing, you just want 1 nut?!?" He didn't ask me what it was he straight up told me that he couldn't help. At this point obviously I explain what it is and where it's from. He goes to me "you won't find anything like that around here it's foolish to try". He wastes my time by telling me to contact the manufacturer and see if they'll send me the parts, good grief, I guess he thinks that the manufacturer makes their own pins and nuts instead of sourcing them. Anyway, I said I'm not going to deal with this bad employee or patron his store and went down the road to the closest hardware store, Friedman Bros and within 30 minutes without help I picked up the parts I needed.
