For the price point offered, this is by far one of the very best values in Sonoma county. The rooms here are always very clean and offer the convenience of a kitchen with full size refrigerator, two & burner cooktop, microwave, and sink.Above all, I enjoy coming to this property because of the friendly and competent staff. They have always been available and accommodating to my needs and make this property feel more like home than a hotel.

I could not ask for a better place to live and stay. Quiet, safe, and a home while I life transition. Staff is caring and attentive, there's a simple breakfast and an on-site laundrette, and the only extras are the laundry and upgrade of the Internet now and then. Full recommendations, no hesitation. I love it here!Rooms: Nice little studio all in one. Decent closet corner for things, perfect sized full fridge and kitchenette with microwave, sink, and 2 burner stovetop. Lots of cabinets for kitchen and pantry goods, and dresser, desk, nightstands for clothes and whatnot. Desk chair and recliner are comfy and useful, TV gets a nice amount of channels, and the bed and pillows are the most restful I have had away from home. Well decorated, with good lighting and an AC and heating unit to keep it at a homey temperature. It's currently home and very nice.Nearby activities: Close to shopping and the government buildings, if you need that, especially by car.Safety: Quiet, with excellent staff and service. Everyone here has been very mindful of my safety and protection.Walkability: Not too far away from some shopping and the city buildings.

This hotel does not have a functioning Kitchen. So if you want to outfit a kitchen, have at it. Travelers are looking for rest and comfort & are expected to outfit the kitchen. Also no toiletries, no hairdryer, nothing. The worst experience Ive ever had at any hotel.

The scent of air freshners was so strong in the common areas that it made it hard to breathe. Won't be staying there again.Rooms: The room was very clean, included a stove, frig, microwave, and a coffee maker oupon request. But as soon as you walked in the hall the air freshener smell hit you in the face, ?

We had to cut our visit short, and wanted to get a refund for the unused days. However, due to booking through a 3rd party site, it was harder than we thought. GM, Adrian Velazquez stepped in and went above and beyond to assist. He made it possible for us to get a full refund.

So grateful to be able to cook my own meals and have a full-sized refrigerator. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Not too noisy, even though it was first floor and on the street side. Room temperature was easily controllable. This is what mattered to us. If you expect a breakfast with eggs, fruit and gluten free choices, this is not it. If you want every service of a 5 star hotel, this is not it. But it was great for us. We have been here twice over several years, over a week each time, and we would come again. We didn't have a pet, but it was clear that other people did and that pets were welcome.

Rooms are okay floors are dirty. Walked around in white socks and the bottoms were black by the end of the day. No breakfast just coffee and grab n go. Staff is very pleasant.

Super basic, gotta ask for things like shampoo and blankets. Pillows are awful, bring your own... Mattress is old and hard and bouncy...But it was cheap...
