I had a wonderful time at this express. Compared to the one in the city, this one is wayyyy better! One of the managers, I think her name was Paloma, she was really sweet and gave amazing fashion advice. She was very straightforward and made me feel really confident! Overall this express will be my go to from now on :) Astounding team and great environment!

I like express clothing. The only complaint is that they have really dirty dressing rooms , a lot of dust on the floors, and I don't feel like putting my feet on the ground.

I want to give Lily (store manager in Santa Rosa) a shout out. I went in for a two-piece suit on black Friday 2022. She made herself available to help me with sizing. Acted as a style consultant. I left out of there looking, smelling, and feeling like a million bucks. The suit is great and the color and size are perfect. Thanks Lily

Poorly ran store, hire young people to pay low. I applied there for an position and got a phone call a week later. The manager at the time told me verbally over the phone that I was to receive the position. I was to get the on boarding details in the email, never did. Called to find out this person was out sick and there was another manager residing there . This substitute manager asked me to come in to interview again despite already being offered the job over the phone. Again I was offered a different position over the phone , they would send me an email. Called again, a bunch of excuses, said she’ll reach out to her DM. Wasted my time . In the end didn’t give me a position. Already complained to corporate, didn’t hear back. Just another elitist retail store thinking that their fancy clothes and treat people and clients like feces. I passed this store many times , “ closed due to staffing shortages”. Get used to that because no one is gonna last here. Very soon the location will more than likely closed....... that’s called Karma ladies and gentlemen....... doesn’t matter if you’re a mom or pop shop or corporation. You’ll see .... you heard it here first kids.
