The first time in so many years I get suburb experience renting a car. It's like the old days, you have a professional person with a smile that helps you with the paperwork, a when I returned the car, it was seamless and pleasant experience as well. If you are needing to rent a car in Santa Rosa, go to these guys.

Where do I start !!!I was having some safety issues with enterprise rental truck .. I came to this place to swap my truck because of the issues!!! I notice the lot was FULL of truck but I didn't say anything.. this idiot ( meaning the manager) told there wasn't any available.. so I left this place on parked around the corner .. I told 3 of my coworkers to call the Santa Rosa Enterprice truck rental .. They ALL called & the manager side kick ( Franis) told my friends that they did have truck AVAILABLE!!!! So I was Wtffff !!! So I want to back Enterprice & asking for the manager which was the same guy who told me told they didn't have any trucks available!!So I told him WTF bro " why are u lying to me !!! I told him tht 3 of my friends called here and y'all said u guys have trucks available " so the bitch manager got OFFERED and told me to leave !!! I really hope management sees this POST !!! They should fire those 2 guys Steven & Franis

I rented a truck from these guys a couple months ago, everything went fine, so when I needed another truck to pick up some large equipment, I decided to use them again. I got there on time for my rental, but their power was out. Not a big deal. It took 30 minutes to pick up the rental, but that wasn't a problem. The problem was this pathetic Snowflake they have working there. I rented an appliance dolly for $20 even though that's a rip off...I left the blankets at $8 apiece. The poor guy didn't know the difference between a standard dolly and an appliance dolly. Even though he'd been working there for some time. This was not the problem. The problem started with Snowflake telling me he asked me what kind of dolly I wanted and I told him repeatedly, yes and I said the appliance dolly. It's not a big deal the poor dimwit didn't know the difference. The problem was that he just didn't admit such or say he misunderstood and instead, ragged on repeatedly blaming me for his ignorance. I finally told him to just get the other dolly type and he told me to come get it myself. To be fair to Snowflake, he did have a moment of sanity and bring out the dolly while I was getting the truck open. I come back later with the truck, and right away Snowflake starts in on me again...you can't make up how butt hurt this poor sap was from my calling him out for not knowing one dolly from another. Right away, it's "do you have the keys"? in a snooty tone. I told him I left them in the truck so he could check the gas and he starts to huff and puff. I go get the keys and he follows me out, looks the truck over and then says "I thought you said you left the keys in the truck. I told him I had and went out and got them for him. Here it is 6 hours later, and these goobers still haven't paid their electric bill, as they are the only ones in the neighborhood without power. So Snowflake hands me a tablet and tells me to put my email in instead of doing his job and asking for it to key it in. His cheap tablet doesn't have a text change key like every phone and tablet in the world and no @ button on the screen. I'm sure you can guess how Snowflake decided to rag on me because I couldn't figure out how to use his cheap junk in 2 seconds...this after it took him 15 minutes to figure out how to use his own equipment since they had no power. This guys actions would get him fired from any reputable business on EARTH. He's a total l**** who does not understand the meaning of the words "customer service". So , after I paid, I told the p**** to stick it, as in I won't be coming back to this dump, and left. He ran out telling me to never come back...like I would ever do business with such horrible, rotten People again. Do yourselves a favor. avoid these guys like the plague they are. There's a Uhaul place right across the street. I'm going there...

Horrible Place to make business. This is the third time they have cancelled a reservation to me. it looks like this people don't want to have any business here in Sonoma county. I've spoken to Maurice and the manager about the reservation and the they put one of their employees to call me to cancel the reservation one hour after they have told me they will have a truck for me. horrible company go to Penske better. I wish i could give you cero star.

truck I ordered not ready. They offered a bigger truck, which posed a problem, and which I didn't really want to use, but had not choice. No consideration from management for the screw up. Not happy. Also conflicting information on rental terms. I will go elsewhere next time.

The truck was really dirty. Seats had grease on them that came off on my pants and shirt. Dust was piled on the dash and in the vents, and when the AC was turned on it came out like a puff of smoke. The floor had visible dust and grime on it. The tires were about 20 lbs under inflated. Finally, the gas mileage of our Dodge 2500 was the worst I had ever experienced in a diesel @sub 14 MPG. Similar Ford 250 or Chevy 2500 pickups get around 17-26 MPG, even when pulling. We pulled a small trailer with a net weight of around 900 lbs. I figure in total, I spent around $472 on gas, and I would have saved nearly $150 renting another truck. On a positive note, the staff were great to work with by phone and in person. They were cordial and professional. If I have to rent another truck I might look elsewhere first. However, if there were not another options, I would rent from Enterprise Truck Rental again.
