After looking around extensively for a used car, I ended up here and I couldn't be more satisfied with this family run business. Carmax and other big chains are like a frustrating amusement park, but not this place.The employees at Encore are super friendly and professional, and they made the experience of buying a car fast and comfortable. Best of all, I got a great deal on my RAV4!

I was interested and looking for a car. Gad immediately called me and sent me and email. The whole experience was so professional, smooth, hassle free, and fast. I went in on Monday afternoon by Wednesday drove the car home. This dealership has an excellent inventory in European cars. The facility is spotless.The prices are very competitive. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Good people, good cars. I did a lot of research online and found the exact make and model I was looking for at Encore. Their price was competitive with other dealers (and private sellers), but what really stood out with Encore is the condition of their cars. I looked around the lot and their cars are definitely some of the cleanest around. The ten year old car I purchased is nearly spotless and is in much better condition than any of the others I've viewed around Houston. The employees are courteous, professional, and are zero pressure. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle, I'll check with Encore first.

I'm not saying I had bad luck buying cars, but most of them were purchased immediately after the one I was in died. It can be a stressful time. I found the car I wanted at Encore Motors via an ad in AutoTrader that was only 2 days old. I got in touch with Gad and his team and the stress of this process disappeared. The vehicle was as advertised and even got an extended warranty which was a must have for me. I can't recommend them enough. Their inventory is growing and they are very nice people to deal with.

I bought a car from them last week. It was unusual because I live out of state. The deal was too great to pass up. Gad and Mustafa were very accommodating. They did a video walk around and were very forthright. Mustafa even pointed out a cosmetic part that was missing. When I arrived the both of them were very friendly. The whole process was painless with no high pressure sales tactics. I would buy again if were buying another car. I highly recommend Encore.

I found this place for a friend who's car died in the middle of the lightning fires evacuations and the covid-19 situation. It really is a bad time to be without a good car, or any car for that matter. Gad at Encore Motors showed her a great car with low miles and a 5 year warranty. He was able to secure her a decent loan, and along with her available cash down, she drove it home! I'm so happy for my friend, and grateful for the honesty, kindness and patience she was shown at this dealership. If I ever needed a car I'd call these guys first.

Best car buying experience of my life! I have purchased several cars in the past from dealerships and always leave feeling bummed out because of the typical car buying paradigm, but not this time! I believe the sales person my wife and I dealt with is Mustafa; from beginning to end my wife and I felt comfortable, respected and there was never any pressure to buy. We are completely satisfied with our new CX5! I would highly recommend Encore to anybody looking to buy a car. I will 100% go back to Encore when it comes time to buy my next car. Please give this place a chance, you will not be disappointed. The service was so good that I decided to write a review (which I've never done before) so that others could know about the gem of a business.

Great service right when you walk in. I was able to spend as much time as I needed with the car I was interested in. The signing process was super quick and I was able to have an amazing car at an amazing price. Definitely check this dealership out!

Went here to check out a clean Audi A3, unfortunately, it was already pending. I gave this shop 5 stars because Mustafa was a genuine nice guy, very informative and willing to help. He did not have that sleaze ball used car dealership demeanor.

I rarely write reviews but I had to for this one. I am a first time buyer and only 20 years old. They did EVERYTHING they could to get me to qualify on my own, which they did! Everyone here is so helpful. They always recommend what’s best and they explained everything to me in perfect detail. I 100% recommend this dealership to anyone in Sonoma county looking for a new car. My experience was unbelievable I can’t even put it into words other than THANK YOU!!!
