When my wife and I first started looking at buying a home, we were completely offput by the status of the market and thought we would never be able to own. Bodhi and his team helped us plan, execute, and purchase on multiple occasions since.We were able to sell a home through Empower that we surely thought we would be stuck in for years due to the market, but his team came through with the perfect buyer in a matter of a couple of months, where other homes in that area have been sitting on the market for years. Jennifer Peschken sold us our first home in 2021. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and reliable. Jennifer never pressured us into anything and was always happy to show us yet another home over the course of a year and a half. She did her research with each home and didn't hold back from sharing important info with us. Jennifer was always there when she said she would be. She is very down to earth and didn't hold back from giving us great service. Buying a home can be a daunting experience but she understands that and helped us and explained everything every step of the way up to the very end, even showing up at our new home with a special welcoming gift!
