Would like to leave ZERO stars. Went to their office at 7 am, was told that emergency hours are 6 pm - 6 am and they could not see my desperately ill cat because they had to do paper work. Went to another office and was seen right away. Will never try there again.

Took cat in for an eye issue. Waited 4 hours for a 15 minute exam. Was told it might be a minor scratch, just use these prescription eyedrops and the cat might be fine.
Came back for a follow up and now they are saying the eye has to be removed.
If the damage was that severe to begin with, why was treatment just using eyedrops???
It seems as if the vet didn’t even look at the cat.
Now the cat is losing an eye.

Please note: This “clinic” is listed as two different businesses, with two different names on Google, using the same address, but they are the same business. This allows them to NOT have a licensed veterinarian IN their building. California law allows vets to use “telemedicine” meaning the vet does NOT have to be there for the evaluation and can do it over Zoom, Google Meet etc. However, NOT for their emergency services. The doctor has to be there for their emergency services yet by having two different businesses, doing relatively the same thing at the same location, they get away with the telemedicine emergency services scam by saying they are a clinic.
If you bring your pet here for an emergency, the evaluation may be done by a vet tech. The veterinarian who is NOT in the building, will look over the notes and treat, according to what the vet tech writes or says. This is why my dog is dead:
Misdiagnosis of my dog’s condition. After telling us that my dog was suffering with pneumonia, I was told when she died that they did everything they could to try to work with and treat her heart disease. Absolute incompetence! Why did they never call or tell me in person they had changed her diagnosis? Why did they NOT LISTEN when I told them she DID NOT have heart disease when she was admitted? I did some deep research on her symptoms and behavior while I was waiting for her, and she indeed had every indicator of pneumonia, just as they told me when she was admitted. She was to receive antibiotics immediately, yet after two hours she was “allegedly” still in an oxygen tent and had not received any antibiotics at ALL. When I was told she was dead, they claimed they treated her for heart disease? This pup just had a full wellness checkup two months earlier with our regular vet and did not have heart disease. We needed a health certificate so we could travel internationally this fall. Dogs with heart disease are not allowed to travel internationally. She had a clean bill of health with NO heart disease! This clinic killed my dog with their negligent misdiagnosis, incorrect method of treatment and cold indifference! My poor girl :(
NOTE: I never saw an actual veterinarian - only vet techs. I believe one of the nastier vet techs made an assumption that my dog had heart disease, recommended it to the teledoctor and that is the course of action they took. I specifically told them it was impossible for her to have heart disease and they DID NOT listen. My regular vet called me the next day to verify my dog did not have heart disease.
It’s all about money at this dirty place. Just know when picking up your dead pet, your bill will double and they have no shame in getting that credit card out of your sad, crying, grieving hands. They don’t care about you or your pet. They just want money. Please see the attached bill I was given just to admit her. I was so traumatized by what happened, that I didn’t even read the bill until the next day. There is NO explanation of what services were to be provided or referral to what their course of action was. This disreputable company put nothing in the left hand column to explain any services provided. This bill was given to me two hours after she was admitted.
This place is just awful. Perhaps my girl would have made it until the next day to see our vet, but I was scared and went anyway, against my gut feeling. I lost my most precious friend, who died alone, misdiagnosed, and in pain, at the hands of a group of money grubbing cold-hearted stooges. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. Please take this advice unless you are so desperate that this is your only option. As we were standing there, we watched three different people go in and then come out sobbing without their living pets. This ugly, awful, dirty place is horrible. If you have had anything like this happen to you here, I ask that you contact the California State Veterinary Medical Board and file a complaint. Their malpractice needs to be stopped.

The care team was excellent in helping and HEALING Jolly as she was in need of care at midnight. The wait was short and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend Emergency animal hospital Santa Rosa for any pet emergency anytime of night or day

Our elderly diabetic rescue dog was failing over a weekend, in the middle of the night. We were treated with kindness and compassion by staff and doctor alike, at a very difficult time. While this is not an inexpensive service, when you need them, they are there. It is worth every penny to have this service reliably available.

Mother-in-law’s 15 year plus little mix breed named Callie was drawing her last breaths. Possibly having to put her down we thought the vet would be best on how to decide to treat or euthanize. Ironically Callie partially passed in the ER and having the doctor there made the decision much easier. Thus 2:30 am on a Sunday morning the Santa Rosa Emergency Hospital was there when we needed them. 5 stars from us.

Best ER services for my dog Scottie. Went on Sun AM and Dr and entire staff were so accommodating and the final bill was NOTHING like other veterinarian I have needed and used in the past. Totally deserves 5+ stars in my book. Thank you again for all you do for our fur babies ?♥️ Scottie says thank you too?

Terrible place, they only want money and don't save pets, they have no idea about simple diseases, they only do a lot of studies to get paid and they don't help give a real diagnosis, my dog died because of their wrong diagnoses and when I took him to another place that In 5 minutes he already knew what the real cause of his illness was, it was too late.
