Cannot say enough about this amazing shop, car detailing has made my car look brand new. Service is very thorough, Raul is a mechanic that cares deeply for his clients. I live in San Rafael and I will keep driving an hour north, that's how good this place is.

I've been a long time customer of Don's Import Car Clinic and brought my car in Monday to get a pre-trip check up and just want to say that Raul and his team did a wonderful job. There wasn't anything critical so I feel confident taking my road trip. They always do a great job and they're reasonably priced. I highly recommend Don's Import Car Clinic.

My family owns domestic and foreign cars and we have brought them all to Don's for repair. We have been going to them for years because of their excellent service and pricing. They always try to save us money by either not charging us for something or making other recommendations. Recently I sent a friend to them who owned a Ford and they price compared their shop to others. They, as expected came out less expensive and included more service. They are so friendly and easy to work with that I recommend them highly to anyone who wants the job done right the first time and under budget! Edison

My car's ignition would not turn, as if the key wouldn't work. Tried our backup key and it still didn't work. I called Don's and talked to Raul. He said it was probably the ignition cylinder and said he would look into it and get back to me. He found out it was common for Jettas in those model years to fail and he could fix it for less than the dealership. I had the car towed to him. I was hoping to have he job done in a day or two and told him that was my ideal. He went out of his way by finding the part at an out-of-state dealership because the local dealer told him it would be a week to get it. It ended up taking 3 business days, far sooner than the dealership would have done and at hundreds less. Great service, great people, and reasonable prices.

My family has been bringing their cars to Don for over 15 years. Don and his mechanics do quality work. They are trusty worthy, honest, and efficient. They take really good care of their clients. They recently went above and beyond during a recent routine service by detailing, cleaning, and washing my car for free! When I remarked how amazing my car looked, they said they just want to provide excellent customer service. Well, they sure did!! Anyway, I highly recommend their business. Thanks Don!
