ALWAYS love this store.
Lines ARE a bit of a wait.Gives me time to multi-task.....send a text to friends or family
that you have been meaning to do for a day or so.
Office supplies and holiday fun stuff for the grandkids are unbeatable here.
#1 stop for Cards.... for ALL occasions !!

Last three times, they were short staffed, only one person that was the cashier was in store!!! Great staff however for a long line, it took about 35 -40 minutes. I was about to pass out as I stood on my feet. Right when it was my turn, a second person arrived to work.That' s a shame that stores allow themselves to waste customers ' time by going short on staff.

I go here a lot for $1.25 stuff. I like the $ 0.50 greeting cards & the huge loads of holiday stuff I can find, not to mention the plethora of other stuff I get there. Yes, you might be in a line with more than 3 people, yes the staff is under paid & it shows sometimes, but after that line you are out of there with a ton of stuff & it didnt break the bank. I figure it's the "price" for super inexpensive (but totally good) stuff. Being a thrifty girl I will keep going back for as long as I can.

I really like shopping at dollar tree stores.What I don't like is the staff today I went to buy some things and the cashier told me do you want a bag and I thought about it secondarily she got upset and threw the things no matter that I was looking at the attitude and then she muttered saying why didn't I grab a bag no? It's because of the 10 cents it costs simply for not having so much plastic, but it's really a very ugly attitude. If I were another violent person, I would have answered it, but it's good that I can tell you how bad the employees are. ??. I went to Dolar today in Santa Rosa in the Bennett Valley area, a line of, 20 people, a single cashier is about .40 mn to be able to pay, these stores are crazy.

the worst ever. Clerks are nice but the owner works them to death. There are several check stands but instead of hiring more employees they have 1 line that is backed up to the end of the store. Took me 30 min to buy something here. Its always like this. Super insulting. Everyone in line complains and jokes how guetto this store is run. The owner doesn't care. Just wants money. Poor employees. Really sad. Avoid this store unless you want your time wasted.

They dont have enough employees. They open 1 register with a line of crowded stressed customers waiting to pay. The line extends to the back of the store. My back is bad and I cant stand in line for an hour. Dont give this store your business. The customer service is unacceptable. Employees are friendly and attentive, just overworked and overwhelmed. The store owner or manager really need to get help in this store. Its run terrible. Waste of my time. What a dump! 1 star
