Dollar drug has been compounding my BHRT for years, and its always been fantastic service. Recently, I went on vacation and realized with horror, that I forgotten an important medication that normally takes a week to prepare and to add even more stress, my Dr. was out of the office that day. The pharmacist at Dollar went out of his way to get me an emergency dose that I could pick up that day, and they didn't even charge me! I was completely blown away and will forever sing Dollar Drug's praises!

Love the small home town feel, I'm so tired of dealing with big name pharmacies, it's nice to have a place that feels like they care about you and your health. U like places like CVS and Wallgreens where it seems like everyone's always in a bad mood all the time.

Best Pharmacy. They have products that other pharmacies don't offer! This place is great for bioidentical hormones. I highly recommend them.

Up until today I would have given a 5-star review. But I was notified today that they no longer were accepting my prescription insurance because they don't make any money from it! They actually told me they don't recover their costs! I have been on permanent disability for 9 years after being diagnosed with MS, and I just finished treatment for breast cancer. And now I have to find ANOTHER pharmacy. This just proves that even a local business doesn't care about anything but money. Not an ounce of concern for the well-being of the patient.

The service has taken huge nose dive. The pharmacists are rude. The pharmacists avoid eye contact which makes me uncomfortable. Pharmacist make decision but leave the staff to deliver the news and no one knows what is going on cause the pharmacists cannot COMMUNICATEGave 1 star this morning, 4 stars this afternoon, because when a pharmacist calls you at home and asks what went wrong and he listens to what I had to say and then apologizes. And explained to me the situation. Thank you Mike.

I used to recommend Dollar Drug to everyone as I felt they gave good service. Unfortunately, my last couple of experiences were not good as they misunderstood & misinterpreted information from my doctor & his staff. I don’t like to give bad reports but my doc & his office had to jump through hoops trying to help them understand multiple things that they had misinterpreted.

I bought empty supplement capsules that they pulled out from behind the counter in a Tupperware container which had Ziploc bags (sandwich bags), that looked shady AF in the first place in it. I ended up not needing them and tried to return them maybe two hours later.....with the receipt and they wouldn't take them back. They said they couldn't know if they had been opened(I did not open the bag and told the owner this). Ok I get that but you packaged them like that. At this point I'm talking to the owner. "You sold them to me like that so why is it my fault?" He goes on to say they have a policy about no returns on this item because of the way it's packaged. I was never informed when purchasing about this policy, there was no signage, nor was this "policy" written anywhere for me to see. Then he said I was the first person to ever return them.... But they have a policy about the return situation that's never happened before? It was a very unpleasant interaction after the first woman that sold them to me was so very nice. This is all over $7 btw. He then tried to half ass offer me half my money ($3.50) and keep them because he couldn't use them. I was more insulted by that offer and refused. Now he's holding out for $3.50 with a shady ass sandwich baggie half full just like the ones you would put your weed in. It's three dollars and fifty cents dude. Don't offer me half what I paid like we are on some backwoods barn rummage sale show trying to haggle me down to save a buck. Take those capsules with the receipt and shove them up your.... trash can or recycle bin if you even have one you monster. Was this worth you saving 7 freakin dollars mr policy man, that's never actually ever used the policy but had to stand by this policy because it will prob never come up again, and we don't want other people taking advantage of this $7 come up. I guess when you running a crappy business you can't afford to be giving every Tom, dick and harry that buys kitchen sandwich baggie Tupperware goods from behind the counter their money back. Just like buying drugs in the same baggies on the street.... There ain't no returns there neither ... but I was definitely made completely aware of that return policy many times. Never going back to dollar drug again.

I've been going to Dollar drug for over 20 years. It is the best kept secret in Santa Rosa. The people are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I couldn't imagine anybody writing a bad report for these people at Dollar drug. They must've asked for some thing that was unacceptable or illegal I never have to wait and if I do it's 10 minutes tops. I have never encountered anyone that was rude. Dollar drug thank you for all your service in the past, and in my future. Galewatts

I am retired from a 51-year practice of medicine. Dollar Drug cares less for its customers than any pharmacy I have ever encountered and they are really cold about it. The best advice I can give to anyone who does business with these people or is thinking about doing business with them is to find a different pharmacy or risk the consequences.

Zero stars if I could. The lady at the counter turned us away for our Covid Booster because we didn't have insurance. Myturn.org clearly states that everyone is eligible for the Covid vaccines whether they have insurance or not. She made us feel like we didn't belong there, not good enough. Don't waste your hard earned money here. You will be disappointed.

First of all, like all businesses these days they are short staffed, this did not keep Linda in the pharmacy for giving me excellent customer care. She was so helpful, and kind. I greatly appreciate her assistance in my purchase. i am very pleased. She represents Dollar Drug with great integrity!

I loved Dollar Drug. I really like supporting a local furnacy. During Covid I think they slipped. They lost some very good employees, they were so helpful, friendly, and so pleasant to work when getting your prescription filled. Now I have to call to make sure they are ready and I cannot impress upon them enough how important it is to receive one medication in the early morning on the day it is due. Their excuse is always that their truck does not deliver this medication until mid-day. I had my doctor prescribe it for 29 days in hopes that it would be ready on the 30th day first thing in the morning on the 30 day. I still can't get it unless I call and "pester" them to receive it that day. I am extremely tired of calling and extremely unhappy with customer service since their main staff has left and then replaced w/poor customer service.
