I can not praise this business highly enough! Rakan squeezed me in on a Saturday and was able to acquire the part i needed after the one I provided was too small. He did it all the same day, and did it for a fair and reasonable price. He kept in contact with me and was honest and scheduled me for the next week to go over the other issues my vehicle was having. When I brought my partners vehicle in this weekend, he not only got it done in less than half the time we thought, he managed to create new parts from other vehicles so he didn't have to make us wait! And again, the price was so reasonable. He is a gem- a fair and honest mechanic! I can not say enough wonderful things about him.

Been taking my car to Rakan for several years now. Very trustworthy and honest about the work that needs to be done. Went in for a basic oil change last week and my car fob was marking low battery and he changed the battery for me. Thanks Rakan!

I called late morning with an electrical issue, and Rakan asked me to come in at 1pm. He was waiting with a friendly smile and starting working on my car immediately. In a little over an hour he fixed the problem. But he also went beyond just a mere fix...instead of ordering a part, he ingeniously took apart my old connector and it worked! Rakan was courteous, professional, and clearly explained what he had done. I will return to Dehmes Automotive for work on my car.

I was on my way to see my new girlfriend in Burlingame on a Saturday morning when my Mazda 3 started running rough. I did a Google search and saw Rakens shop was open. He took my in right away , had my car diagnosed, parts ordered and fixed in about 2 hours. This guy is dope! I'm telling everyone I know about Raken!

I was pretty stuck in the water. Starter went out on a Friday night on 4th of July weekend. He worked his butt off to make sure I got back up and running. Very nice guy. Honest. Calling me every step of the way.

We highly recommend this fine establishment.. We're from out of town and needed a part replacementon our Buick on a Saturday and he dropped everything and fixed us right up as well as showing us the bad part and explaining what was wrong with it. I had a stripped bolt on my positive side of my battery cord that needed to be undone and been going thru problems with car all day and without a doubt Rakan was great to help me out free of charge just to help me get by today and I am very appreciative of him idk what I would have done today without him highly recommend services from him he will get the job done and satisfy your needs a1 service forshure thank u Rakan!

I have been taking my 2017 Honda Pilot with Rakan for about 2 years now, each time I know my car is in great hands. Something I never felt taking it to the dealer. I know rakan will not try to sell services to me that are not required. He’s always honest and transparent. When I felt a slight slippage in between gears in my Honda, I reached out to Rakan right away. He respond within less than 24 hours with the quotes for my transmission fluid replacement and was super flexible with his schedule. He was very patient with me and also reassured me that my vehicle is safe to be driven prior to the transmission fluid replacement. I didn’t only chose Rakan because I love supporting local businesses. I chose Rakan’s business because he is an experienced mechanic. He was employed with Hyundai for years and also went to school for mechanical work. I’m picky to the extreme with who works on my car because I am a very paranoid person and want to make sure that the work is done right. Rakan is a very honest person. Hands down one of the best auto repair shops in Santa Rosa. Rakan was awesome he went over and beyond to make sure I wasn’t getting overpriced on parts, he was able to get my vehicle in and out the same day with no hassle. I’ll definitely be going back and I recommend going to see Rakan!
