They have a great membership program to where you get dollars off not just coins. Most of the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The store is always clean and well-kept not always stocked in what I want but they’re always happy to go back and get it if there’s something that out

Put in prescriptions online, received text notification they were ready. Waited in line for 30 min. They said prescriptions weren't ready and it'd be 20 minutes. 90 minutes later I'm still waiting.

5 stars for Store Manager AJ. AJ went way out of his way to help me with an Amazon return that Amazon made impossible to complete. Who the hell has a home printer in 2024, Amazon?! AJ did his level best with what he had and I am thankful.AJ I promised to give you a positive review and here it is. Don't stop being you! You are awesome!Also, sorry I got kinda Karen on the two other employees. No excuses, Mea Culpa.

Drive through pharmacy open much later than I thought. The wait in the drive through wait time's very from a minute or two, Too 15 minutes or so. Drive through pharmacy is the only thing that makes this store stand out. Very convenient

Went to emergency this AM was scene & prescribed cough medicine. Was texted it would be ready after 1:30PM. I called at around 2 & was told there was no prescription & they would have to order & wouldn't get til Monday. Why wasn't I called & told this as I need this medicine now. I see my Dr. on Monday for follow-up from hospital visit. Glad this wasn't a life or death medication otherwise I would be dead!!

Worst customer service at the pharmacy!!! One man in particular is ALWAYS extremely rude, has a bad attitude and talks down to patients. The man at the front gets irritated when he has to read the instructions to my grandma about her medication… which I’m pretty sure is a part of his job.My grandma also has a pharmacy discount card and he always tells her she can’t use it because it’ll take too long to process. I’ve watched him interact with other people and he is short with them, even though they are elderly people.

OTC drugs are super overpriced. Try Oliver's next door for a better deal. Shelves are empty of household items you'd look for here, but full of groceries no one goes here to find. Useless store.

Pharmacy refused to fill two prescriptions from my veterinarian claiming they were copies, however my vet's office confirmed they were original prescriptions with wet signatures. I will never again try to use a CVS Pharmacy.

Switched from Mendocino CVS to this store! So glad I did! Really nice store, clean and well stocked, unlike Mendocino ave store. Staff are so nice and helpful. Pharmacist Phoebe is delightful, helpful, kind! So glad I left the rude staff at Mendocino ave! Come to Stoney Point Rd location, you will be happy you did!
