I've been going to Crystal channels for over 23 years I've been in love with the environment she creates from day one. I was 4 months pregnant when we met. Kami Ortiz/Ortis it's an amazing woman. Her kindness and generosity are well known and appreciated. She doesn't pushes sales or try forcing things on you you won't need or want. When asked her opinion on rocks and stones she will tell you pick the one your drawn to. She believes strongly in supporting local people whose work matches her shop. She is fair and reasonable. She has rocks and products from all around the world. It's a little shop she has been running for over 30 plus yrs now...38yrs? Anyway. She is a humble woman with a great big heart. Her store reflects so many different walks of life. It is honestly a touch of culture and groundedness that can and does steady ones whole being. She is a strong willed woman who believes in love and has supported her community for many yrs. We all have good and bad days....I hope you meet her on one of your good days so you can see why her store is good for you on your bad days. Who does want to stop and smell the flowers or look at a beautiful crystal when the light is shining through. Where are all you exploring children who use their hands to see? Do not let adulthood take away your wonder. Her rocks, stones and jewelry and all that local sage give a hedonists heart deep satisfaction. PS I am blessed to call her friend. My words stand true. She has been a blessing to my family ? we are grateful for her. Cheeeese added here.?

They say the third time's the charm, but Kami has always been charming, friendly and knowledgeable. It might have taken two other addresses (and a bunch of years) to get there but the Mendocino Avenue location's where she and Crystal Channels were meant to be.With everything from stones to jewelry to incense and more, you can always find something to catch your eye. The Reiki candles are a favourite - and I love my dreamcatcher and pendulums.Just remember...sometimes you choose the stone and sometimes the stone chooses you, so trust your instincts (and believe that you're not alone if you believe in such things).

We visited the new store on Mendocino Avenue (across from Co-Op grocery) for the first time yesterday. Had no intention of buying anything. Just wanted to check out the stones. But seemed to have an instant connection with the owner. We were so incredibly impressed by her informative, friendly, warm presence that we couldn't leave without purchasing 3 beautiful pieces. The owner even looked up more information for us without our asking. Then advised us to take a cell-phone photo, so we can reflect back on our new stone's characteristics later. We left Crystal Channels feeling wonderfully blessed & enlightened. Thank you for the excellent customer service! By the way, the store is beautiful. :-)
