I am working on a project near Fountain Grove that requires me to stay in Santa Rosa and avoid the daily commute to the valley. So after trying the Hyatt and La Quinta hotels I found the Courtyard Marriot near downtown Santa Rosa to best for me. My general criteria for any hotel stay is a quiet location, comfortable room with a comfortable bed and good shower head. Its easy access both getting on and off the freeway and to the hotel. Not only that the bake fresh choclate chip cookies in the afternoon and makes it a nice treat to walk in grab a cookie and relax in my room. Thanks to all the courteous staff and house keeping staff.

Staff is very friendly and helpful - whether that be front desk, bistro, or housekeeping stuff - all very nice. They're always very welcoming and kind every time I visit.

For the price paid I was expecting much more. Almost no amenities in the room and an extra charge of 10$ for using the parking? Charging a deposit up front without telling customers unless they ask?

I always stay here for business and my request for a specific room has always been met. The staff cannot have more helpful with any of my request. The location is perfect for top quality restaurants in Santa Rosa.

GREAT location in Santa Rosa and excellent customer service!
This Marriott Hotel was clean and friendly and surpassed our expectations. I would highly recommend this Courtyard!

Great & friendly Staff. Good location & good shopping.Starbucks was a plus Attended a birthday party there back in July, place was clean, staff was very helpful, an attentive. I’ve stayed at numerous courtyards, and I have to say the Santa Rosa Marriott Courtyard is one of the cleanest & safest hotels in Santa Rosa. Very easy access and perfect location. A lot of places to see and shop around near hotel.The hotel was very nice, very clean, employees from maintenance to housekeeping were pleasant and there if you needed help. Manager Theresa was helpful, friendly and very pleasant.. Conference room was nice, roomy and very clean. There was always someone there to assist you. Great place. I’m definitely going back. Thank you Courtyard Santa Rosa.

Great location, restaurants within walking distance in Old Railroad Square.
We help a huge 80th birthday partythere in July. The hotel was very clean and neat. The staff was very warm & welcoming. Manager (Theresa) on-site was very pleasant to work with, and the maintenance supervisor(Dan) offered assistance when it was needed. Friendly environment. Thank you to the Hotel and staff for a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Santa Rosa. It is one of 2 Marriotts in the area. The rooms are clean, the service is good and it is convenient for travel by car or by walking. If you get a chance visit the Charles Shultz Museum, the Redwoods, the Pacific coast or walk the trails near the motel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Santa Rosa mainly because of the warm welcome from Tess Coffill. She let us check in early when we arrived because the room was ready so we could quickly drop off our bags and head to our first wine appointment. I asked for a corner room for a little more room for the wine suitcases and there was one available which made our entire experience fantastic. We stayed for 5 nights which was the perfect amount of time to have 1-2 tasting appointments each day with a nice lunch in between. We picked the Courtyard because you can walk to dinner each night which we did—Stark is a favorite and only a 10 min walk. We also loved walking to Aroma and Land and Sea coffee in the morning. The parking lot is great to have in and out access to drop things off, then walk to dinner. I enjoyed the front desk staff so much—we chatted in between coffee and they smiled and gave us bottles of water when we came back from wine country trips to hydrate. Housekeeping was fantastic and very timely also—great to have that back post-covid! I also loved that my rental car with Avis happened to also be with Tess so we were able to upgrade our rental resulting in literally the perfect experience all around. Thank you to the staff for making an amazing vacation even better!
