Called 10 x’s between 10:30am - 11am, nobody answered. Called the “admin” extension & reached a guy that sounded totally uninterested & low energy, could barely hear him. He took my # & said he’d give it to the tire center to call me back. No call back yet, an hour later. Wow ! Is this really the same Costco I usually go to ?! Made me wish I was one of those ‘secret shoppers’ to write their headquarters a review they might read and take seriously.

Best value and great service! When you get to know where things are and how certain areas are set up for special seasons and sales, it is easy to find what you need. They will also lookup any item to see where it is, or when it may be restocked.

This Costco review has many things to say. There are some things that are five star and there are some things that are one star and there are some things that are stars between 1 and 5. The five-star is for general employees attitudes and service. The majority of the individuals that work there are awesome and very accommodating. The speediness of the food court seems average. The amount of seating for this size of a Costco is very inadequate and routinely I see elderly individuals having to eat outside on the concrete or having their food get cold while waiting for a table. Comparative to nearby Rohnert Park, Rohnert Park has possibly three or four times the amount of tables. This particular Costco has an issue with panhandlers or street vendors that are usually selling fruit and are fairly pushy. Despite them having a no vending policy they seem to always be out there. However the street vendors do have really good produce. The overall feel of this Costco is nobody knows how to drive, AKA not understanding right of ways or yields. This is certainly not Costco's fault but small preventative strategies can help alleviate the pressures. The gas department employees are really nice but sometimes can be edgy. For example I left my air conditioning running on my car, not the engine, because my baby was inside the car and it was 105° F that day and I didn't want my baby to get heat stroke while I filled up the car. The worker told me that I needed to turn my car completely off despite me telling her that the engine was off. I also told her that I had a baby on board and that it is over 100° outside. She threatened to turn off the entire gas stations pumps if I didn't turn off my air conditioning. Again, my engine was off. I didn't want my baby to get too hot and I didn't want to make a scene so I just left and gassed somewhere else. Overall this Costco is good and it is maintained very well however I noticed that the prices are actually higher than their Rohnert Park counterparts. I don't know if that's a Santa Rosa tax issue because I know Costco probably has very small margins. Either way it's a mix of five stars three stars and one stars.

Having a membership has been this new household's addiction. We go stock up or to buy just about anything every week. From regular weekday dinners to holiday dinners. It's my husband's go to. Plus you save a lot overall on household necessities, toiletries, alcohol whatever. Store pretty loaded and always clean and organized. Only compliant is wish there are more samples out there :)

I really like Costco. It is what it is!! I have been a member ever since it was Price Club. I have always found a bargain in every aisle. I get my glasses in the optical office, my gas at the gas station and even got great LG kitchen appliances in the appliance aisle. Their bakery is delicious and always coming up with new specialties. Every department has a nice variety of merchandise. The staff is always helpful and fun. There are always treasures to be found...who does not love their rotisserie chicken? I have ordered items from their website and never had a problem.

I was in need of a tire repair and Royce was able to fit me in fairly quickly and get the repair taken care of. Quality job and as always free of charge. I highly recommend the technicians at Costco.

My car was in and out in about an hour with no appointment. I received solid professional advice about whether to buy two or four tires for my 2013 minivan. The deal on Michelins is unbeatable. My car holds the road and handles better overall. My total mpg immediately began to improve. I'll get member and Citibank rewards on this important purchase. I couldn't have made a better decision to buy tires from Costco.

Costco customer support service is the worst and the reason for this review! The 1800 number is not helpful but rather rude, they emailed a refund confirmation and then said that they cant honor a refund because their policy now changed. Very shady company and I canceled my membership right away.9/13- updated to 3 stars since they reached out to offer refund, will remove once refund complete.Thanks Costco!

What's not to love about Costco?! This is not the Costco I frequent the most. I stopped by to get some cat litter for my mom because it was on sale. The cat litter was easy to find and I was in and out without any issues. I love that the have a lot of self checkout stations, this really helps the lines move faster. Before they put these in you would have to wait forever in line, even when you had an item or two.The people at the door and the self checkout stations were nice and friendly. They even scanned my litter for me so I did not have to pick it up out of the cart. I would come back to this location again.

The is about the pharmacy specifically. I didn't think to snap any pictures (like what would it be? A row of vitamins and pain relievers?). but just have to say I've used the pharmacy for my pups meds every month and I seldom EVER have to wait. And if I do it's only a few minutes. I can't say I have had that experience at other pharmacies. Costco is efficient and the staff always friendly.
