Good supply like any other Costco the only reason I rate this so low is the pure chaos that has always been this store. The exterior lots are too badly designed for flow of traffic, by the time you get inside you feel fried from dealing with the chaos that is their parking lot. The traffic from the lot gets so backed up as anyone who goes regularly can tell you. The city should honestly fine the store for impeding traffic for everyone else on Santa Rosa Avenue. Once inside the stress just keeps going with the layout but that is usual for any Costco TBH. This store has a terrible exterior and interior layout and should have a serious redo. Fuel stations feel like I am back in the Middle East as no true order occurs at the pumps. People make lines up as they go. With Costco having responsibility for its patrons safety and security this and many other reasons are why they get 2 almost 1 star. Worst Costco in the area. Driving to Rohnert Park for better lots and interior.

Today I brought in my vehicle for a tire repair. I got a call from Royce informing me that due to the custom black valve stem cover he would not be able to do the repair because the valve stem cover was too long, preventing him from filling my tire back up with air. Jason, Royce and I worked together on the phone to determine a solution and they recommended that they change the valve stem cover so that they can complete the repair. The level of service and professionalism I received from Jason and Royce was EXCEPTIONAL. Every time I have brought in our vehicles for new tires or a tire repair the level of service is always excellent. My family and I will continue to use Costco Tire for all our tire needs, and thanks again for always being awesome!

Very pleasant experience. We have been here many times and it has always been fun. Cannot beat the $4.99 rotisserie chicken. Great value! So many other wonderful items to explore and a wonderful selection. The Kirkland gin was, to my taste pretty bad, but their vodka is great. Their chicken soup is really good, but a bit over salted. No waiting in line (went on a Wednesday at 4pm) and the service was spot on. Great values for the money and some special items that will always make going there worthwhile.

Best value and great service! When you get to know where things are and how certain areas are set up for special seasons and sales, it is easy to find what you need. They will also lookup any item to see where it is, or when it may be restocked.

This Costco review has many things to say. There are some things that are five star and there are some things that are one star and there are some things that are stars between 1 and 5. The five-star is for general employees attitudes and service. The majority of the individuals that work there are awesome and very accommodating. The speediness of the food court seems average. The amount of seating for this size of a Costco is very inadequate and routinely I see elderly individuals having to eat outside on the concrete or having their food get cold while waiting for a table. Comparative to nearby Rohnert Park, Rohnert Park has possibly three or four times the amount of tables. This particular Costco has an issue with panhandlers or street vendors that are usually selling fruit and are fairly pushy. Despite them having a no vending policy they seem to always be out there. However the street vendors do have really good produce. The overall feel of this Costco is nobody knows how to drive, AKA not understanding right of ways or yields. This is certainly not Costco's fault but small preventative strategies can help alleviate the pressures. The gas department employees are really nice but sometimes can be edgy. For example I left my air conditioning running on my car, not the engine, because my baby was inside the car and it was 105° F that day and I didn't want my baby to get heat stroke while I filled up the car. The worker told me that I needed to turn my car completely off despite me telling her that the engine was off. I also told her that I had a baby on board and that it is over 100° outside. She threatened to turn off the entire gas stations pumps if I didn't turn off my air conditioning. Again, my engine was off. I didn't want my baby to get too hot and I didn't want to make a scene so I just left and gassed somewhere else. Overall this Costco is good and it is maintained very well however I noticed that the prices are actually higher than their Rohnert Park counterparts. I don't know if that's a Santa Rosa tax issue because I know Costco probably has very small margins. Either way it's a mix of five stars three stars and one stars.

I would like to give a shout out to Dr. Hall at the Costco optometry department. He was very professional friendly and just seem to really enjoy his job. He made me feel very comfortable and at home and was very informative and explained everything to me also I would like to complement the lens and eyeglass department out front. They took care of everything quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Costco if you need to get your glasses thank you.

Having a membership has been this new household's addiction. We go stock up or to buy just about anything every week. From regular weekday dinners to holiday dinners. It's my husband's go to. Plus you save a lot overall on household necessities, toiletries, alcohol whatever. Store pretty loaded and always clean and organized. Only compliant is wish there are more samples out there :)

I really like Costco. It is what it is!! I have been a member ever since it was Price Club. I have always found a bargain in every aisle. I get my glasses in the optical office, my gas at the gas station and even got great LG kitchen appliances in the appliance aisle. Their bakery is delicious and always coming up with new specialties. Every department has a nice variety of merchandise. The staff is always helpful and fun. There are always treasures to be found...who does not love their rotisserie chicken? I have ordered items from their website and never had a problem.

Shaun at the glasses stand was so kind and patient! He has great customer service skills. I watched multiple customers being rude to him and he handled it with so much grace and had such a positive and helpful attitude towards every customer. Thank you Shaun for such a pleasant shopping experience

Ordered a Samsung dishwasher. It immediately leaked a LOT of water on floor. Good thing we were home or floors would have been ruined. Waited a few days for the installation/repair team. They could not identify a problem and said to get a replacement. That was 4 days ago. Now Costco can't even deliver it for another week . And trying to schedule the installation still. Customer service as of no help to expedite it even tho it was defective. Poor merchandise and terrible customer service too.

Service is service. Sales is sales. While we had a minor check out issue that was resolved quickly I saw above and beyond by Beatrice. I had to look at her name tag as she passed me because what I saw her do made me wonder what Costco is teaching people. Few would walk across a parking lot with a customer in need just to make sure they were okay with a heavy load. Sound silly? It's 2023. When is the last time someone outside of a restaurant made an impression. They could improve the pre scan at checkout by counting the items before they scan them though. Just sayin'...

Costco customer support service is the worst and the reason for this review! The 1800 number is not helpful but rather rude, they emailed a refund confirmation and then said that they cant honor a refund because their policy now changed. Very shady company and I canceled my membership right away. 9/13- updated to 3 stars since they reached out to offer refund, will remove once refund complete. Thanks Costco!

Terrible experience today I have been coming here for 15 years I go thru the line 10 items or less I just have two items guy comes out of no we're sees me about to scan my items in the self checkout asks me for membership and ID while theres other people around me he didn't ask anyone else besides me the guys name was Raphael and starts harassing me for my id l, I give to him and he took probably took 2-3 mins looking at it made me feel like he was trying to steal my info ! His co worker as well was laughing then I ask him why out of everyone he chooses to come to me can't give me a proper explanation so brings this other clown Salvador I guess this guy considers himself a manager lol same thing comes up and ask me for my Id again after already showing 2x ! Why would you do that Salvador for a manager u need to go to training seriously! These guys need proper training it's insanely bad ! I'm a sales manager for a big company and would never let any of my employees make people feel the way they tried to make me feel were super condescending and un professional! I probably won't re new my member ship again due to this what a let down for Costco ! No wonder u guys have 3 star Yelp terrible customer service from those 2 guys employed there !
