We are extremely happy with the new copier and even happier with the responsiveness, expertise and friendly service that CSBS provides. Ross and his team have been outstanding to work with throughout the process, and Rita provided great training at the time of installation. Ross and his team are fantastic! He took the time to make sure we leased the scanner/copier that best fit our needs while saving us a lot of money. Then he went above and beyond by helping with the return of our old machine and saved us money on that part as well. So nice to work with a company that is so dependable and professional that also has integrity. Plus, they are local! I would highly recommend them for your copier needs!

Common Sense Business Solutions delivers the best customer service, always happy to assist with whatever issue may be occurring with your printer. They send someone out as soon as they possibly can and make sure that we're happy with the outcome, and will continue to send a tech out until the issue resolves. We have used their services since I have been with my current job (8 years) and have printers at 10+ of our offices. We haven't run into an issue that CSBS couldn't fix.

These guys are the real deal! Any time we have ever needed service for our Konica Minolta copier, they come out and fix it within an hour or two! I would highly recommend Common Sense Business Solutions to anyone looking for a great copier company.

Everyone says it in the reviews for CSBS, but it bears repeating: Great products, but OUTSTANDING customer care and service. This kind of support and IMMEDIATE response (with a real, live, local human being) is simply unheard of. Can't believe we worked without this tool for so long. CSBS was so easy to work with. Ross offered all the spec information and making a decision was easy. When Rita delivered the machine, set-up was just as seamless. I love that I can scan quickly and documents never get stuck! The stapling and holepunch options are timesavers and so appreciated. Her tutorial was quick and anticipated all my questions. Two weeks going strong and couldn't be happier.

The Common Sense team has been amazing to work with! We were tired of buying printers every 6 months and decided to get a printer from Common Sense and it's been nothing but amazing for the few months that we've had it so far. Their tech support team is on-point and responds in a timely manner to help problem solve any issues we may be having and the machine runs smoothly. I'm thankful to say I won't be needing to throw any printers in the dumpster every 6 months anymore now that we have a smooth running printer from Common Sense!

We have used CSBS for the last 5 years and just renewed a new lease with them. Ross made the renewal process easy and had no problem answering all my questions. The installer swapped out and set up our new machine easily and took care of everything. Supplies and tech support are included with the lease which is a great bonus!

After being extremely frustrated with our prior vendor, CSBS has been our saving grace! Ross is excellent to work with. He answered my many questions patiently and concisely, quickly and professionally. Brennen who handled the Installation and removal was equally wonderful and helpful in making us feel comfortable with the new machine. The whole staff has given us a great deal of confidence we made the right decision. I can not recommend CSBS highly enough!
