The absolute best realtor! Honest, with integrity who helps you make the best decisions. He sold my parents home before it ever made MLS. His advice, wise counsel and caring helps to make a difficult decision easier. This is the second home sale I have done with Ron and I can't say enough about how wonderful he is. Ron helped us buy our house in 2018, and when it was time to sell it 4 years later, we immediately hired him again. This time, we had already moved away and were attempting to sell from a distance of 1,000 miles, so that brought extra challenges. Ron used his professional contacts and physical presence to help arrange the painting, landscaping, and staging we needed. Making regular checks on the property to make sure everything was ok in our absence, he really came through for us.Ron's response times were almost hilariously fast - send him a message, and before you can make a cup of tea, he has replied. He clearly and deeply understands the market and process, and communicated clearly and kindly with us every step of the way. The listing and advertising was top notch, and we accepted a generous offer. Ron gave us peace of mind and a representative on the ground we could trust - worth the entire commission and so much more.

We were so happy to have Ron with his extensive experience on our team. When things got a little tricky, he stuck by our side and didn’t give up. We truly appreciate everything Ron has done for us. Ron Larson was great to work with. He did his homework and knew the right way to market our home. He gave us excellent advice and backed it up with good rationale on everything he suggested. My wife and I have worked with a few realtors in the past. They were all great, but Ron Larson is an exceptional agent. Purchasing a new home can be an overwhelming and stressful experience at times, with Ron's diligence and professionalism he helps alleviate a lot of it. One character trait I really admired about him is that he listens, and will give the right advice when he feels is appropriate. Ron was an excellent realtor and strong communicator. He gave us sound advice and shared his perspective along with his reasons why. Ron knows his Sonoma county and his business extremely well, and if you work with him he will make it all seem easy. We had a few challenges (not his fault at all) that arose between accepting an offer and closing on the house, however each time we discussed it with Ron, he gave us great advice. I would not hesitate to recomend Ron to anyone and I would definitely work with him again! If you want an exceptional realtor, you will not go wrong with him.

Ron found us our dream home! In a terrible buyers market, where we repeatedly didn't have funds to adequately compete, we ended up with the best house we could have hoped for. Ron worked diligently for us, was available to answer any questions we had, and was proactive in finding us a house. When we felt discouraged about the state of the market, Ron encouraged us to hang in there and delivered on all of our requests. Hopefully we never have to move from this dream forever home, but if we do, Ron Larson is the only agent I would use. We will be recommending him to everyone who has housing needs. Every day I spend in our new home I am more and more thankful that we chose Ron as our realtor. He accepted and worked with our very specific and often changing criteria, found us a house before it was on the market, helped us craft an offer which was accepted over 20 others (including some with higher dollar amounts), and supported us through a lengthy period of self-imposed inspections. Ron assisted me with purchasing a home in Sonoma County in 2017. He provided personalized listings--not automated ones, paying careful attention to the particular criteria I had for purchasing a home. Ron always provided thorough information about the properties I was interested in. I knew I was in good hands when the time came to make an offer, as I have found Ron to be skilled in the art of making an offer and negotiating. Ron also made the extra effort of helping to coordinate some of the repairs that were needed on the home I purchased, which was much appreciated. I also believe that Ron is highly esteemed among his colleagues, as another agent hosting an open house mentioned that he is a great realtor with a reputation for being highly principled. Ron was the best realtor we have ever worked with. We have had experience with many realtors both buying and selling homes and he was the best by far. Ron was attentive, proactive and appreciated what we were looking for. He was available and quickly responded to any question or inquiry we had. Ron is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Sonoma County. He was patient and willing to spend time in the evenings and weekends to help us with our search. He also spent additional time coordinating inspections, contractors and multiple other tasks related to buying our home. We would definitely recommend Ron to any of our friends and family and if we need to buy or sell a home in the future we will be calling Ron. We feel lucky to have found such an amazing realtor.

From the first time I met Ron I was struck by his expertise, local knowledge, and gentle manner, and his wonderful ability to not just listen carefully but to also remember and integrate my plans and vision with what he knew. He never pushed, barely nudging. In fact, one of my fondest memories was when we walked into the house he eventually helped me buy. The house was not his listing but his inside knowledge helped us take a look before it was to open the following weekend. We both looked around and through a very beautiful, pretty much turn-key home. Being the real estate research business myself, I know values and the market pretty well. After only ten minutes I told Ron I was good to go, asking, "What do I have to do?" He smiled and said, "Thank goodness," going on to explain that he respected the short time that we had known each other and that because of it he didn't feel it was proper for him to scream out BUY IT!! The home was a short sale and took over six months to close. Ron's expertise and experience helped throughout. He was continually updating me on the short sale process as it went along, reassuring me that things would be just fine. And he was right. Toward the final days of closing he drafted letters on my behalf concerning particulars about the residence, factors that were instrumental in getting nearly 10K in credits at closing - on a short sale! I have recommended Ron to my friends and will continue to do so. He is the first person that comes to mind when I think of excellent real estate agents. Thanks again, Ron
