From office staff, designer, and installers all were wonderful to work with. Even with my little sewing/hobby closet at 4.5' width, they worked diligently at creating an efficient closet system. I provided the roll out sewing table then Closet Crafters worked the cabinet and shelving around. I'm happy with the results. Thank you!

Closet Crafters did an incredible closet renovation for us. We had a lot of ideas and they were so helpful with mockups and feedback so we could narrow down our plans. They also helped us make adjustments to get to price point we wanted. And our closet is beautiful!! Highly recommend.

I recently got my master walk-in closet done by closet crafters, and i am beyond pleased with how it turned out! Niccolo came for my consult, and he came and measured out my space. He took my ideas into consideration when coming up with his design, and gave me a 3D design the same night! After agreeing on the design (with modifications), they were able to schedule an install date within 3 weeks! The 2 guys who came to install were professional and quick, only took about 3 hours. I love the design! The drawers and shelves are high quality and I like how the shelves and rod are adjustable. We received quotes from several closet companies and closet crafters was definitely the most competitive. They are reliable, friendly, and quick!

Closet Crafters did a fabulous job on a very large custom bookcase and a pantry. Erica made the whole process easy with great designs. Install crew were excellent and tidy, and pricing was best competitive.

My wife and I recently had a home constructed. We wanted many built-ins to help with organization. We chose Closet Crafters to handle the walk-in closet and vanity area, a large closet in the main bedroom, fabricating the organization in all other closets and to install garage organizers. Our contractor was extremely impressed with the quality of work and how everything was perfectly color coordinated. Erica came to the site numerous times to make sure things would be delivered properly. Extremely professional, very personable and a job well done. We could not be happier with Closet Crafters. I thought the experience of working with Closet Crafters was very smooth from start to finish. I appreciated the 2D and 3D renderings of the closets as well. From when I paid the deposit to when I scheduled the installation was one week. It all moved very quickly and the closets themselves were done in a morning. It completely transformed our closets overnight. To me this is similar to a California Closets product at a lesser price point (not that it's inexpensive, because it's not).

Loved having a local company to deal with. Other closet companies are only websites that contract out fabrication and separately installation. These guys do it all and are there to stand behind their service. Also, much less expensive than that other closet company. Couldn't be happier!

We've used the services of Closet Crafters in the past; we had several large cabinets and two workbenches installed in the garage. I was impressed with their professional handling of that transaction and the quality of their products, which is why I called them this time to have cabinets installed in two outbuildings. Once again, staff was friendly, dependable and professional, and the cabinets not only more than doubled my storage space but added value to the property. I highly recommend this business!

We received consultations and quotes from 5 custom closet companies. Closet Crafters had the lowest price, great service, and was the only company that had a showroom in Santa Rosa where we could actually see the product before purchasing.

We are very pleased with our new closet. The designer, Niccolo, listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions and pointed out potential problems with the existing flooring. The finished cabinetry is beautiful. All of the personnel we dealt with, from office staff to the installers, were prompt, helpful and completely professional. Our primary bedroom walk-in closet turned out absolutely beautifully! We are extremely pleased with the design process (Mary was very helpful & had great ideas) & their showroom was very inspirational as we changed our "look" several times since they have such nice options. We ended up going with two-tone colors which makes our closet design unique. The installers were also very professional & cleaned up after themselves. We've used another custom closet company at 2 different homes & CC is superior in all aspects!

Closet Crafters is a great company - the owners should be proud of their team. They offer a good quality product, good value, and professional and responsive service.
