Excellent customer service and communication. Repair was proper; not much to say haha.
Repair for a frontal collision. Everything looks good. Car hood latch was damaged from collision but untouched; it’s a small thing compared to the overall repair.
Above all else, Ben was a great liaison throughout the entire experience; very punctual and forthcoming.

The establishment has been quite satisfactory so far. Jessica, who is at the forefront, is commendably efficient and makes the handling of Silver Rock considerably simpler. I would highly recommend this body shop for any future needs.

Brought our daughter’s car here after another shop gave us a crazy high quote and getting any info was like pulling teeth. Decided to try Cline after looking over reviews. Was very satisfied that we brought my husband’s car here when he was in an accident. They did a great job on both cars! Would use them again and highly recommend.

Made an appointment several weeks ago at this point. Person was not there to get the appointment going so another person stepped in(not a problem). After not hearing anything back I called in at the end of the week. Was told personally by Jessica who answered the phone that they had some issues pop up and she would personally give me a call by the end of that day to give me an update. At this point it's been over 10 days since that call and I have gone elsewhere. Just know being top rated for the area won't give you a service level like this.

Words cannot describe how impacted I am of Joe’s passing— his contagiously positive and enthusiastic energy will never be forgotten. Very few people have the ability to leave a mark on your life, but Joe was one of them. He’s the type of person whom when you meet him and engage in conversation with him, it absolutely makes your whole day. I’m honored to have gone to cline collision and had work done on my Infiniti Q50 by him and his team. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and perfectionists in their work- I received above & beyond service from them. Unfortunately, the shop will never be the same without Joe managing.. but his dear spirit will never be forgotten and always cherished.

Best auto repair shop I have worked with in Santa Rosa. The entire process was professional and timely. I was walked through the process prior to commuting and felt well informed about what to expect. Everyone was kind and responded to all my questions. My vehicle is looking better than ever!

Was very satisfied with their customer service. They would contact/update regarding some changes for my car. They also cleaned my car. My car came back like it did not have damage. Excellent body repair work and they also cleaned the car for me.
