I went late on a Friday night into Citrus to sadly buy a new piece and had the best experience here. The staff (Bailey and Kenzie) were kind and friendly and thoughtfully helped me pick out a new piece. I am very particular - & they were totally patient while I found what I needed and even offered to help me fix my broken piece! Thank you to Citrus!

To Whom it May Concern:This complaint needs to be addressed specifically by the Owner, as it has already been diverted by Katie, erroneously and intentionally.I would like to discuss events that involve Stephanie and myself as she approached me to gossip about my then ex bf, who has been abusive to me historically/documented. I would like to describe the events and the resulting defamation that has taken place since.Please be advised, I work with people on the spectrum and other Neurodivergents who are constantly being subjected to THIS kind of behavior. Stephanie was very quick to point out it was “okay” because she has a “son on the spectrum”; sadly to say this does not make her behavior okay nor does it prevent her from further inquiry.Her defamation has continued and Katie has refused to address my request to contact you directly. That should be considered, altogether.

Great customer service, honesty, and a friendly staff. Citrus Smoke is my neighborhood smoke shop. They have done a great job adjusting to the new vape juice laws. I had a bottle delivered this morning to my door personally by the manager of this shop. Thank you for the personal service. I went into the shop last night, surprised that half of the store was blocked off. I had no idea about the new California retailer law on these products (I don't watch the news and stay out of politics as much as possible. I read articles of my choosing). I was shocked when I walked in and had a conversation with the staff. I asked the friendly staff last night (I'm a regular there) how it has been with this new drastic change. They let me in on some of the behavior of customers coming in learning about JuiceGate22 haha. They said people were mean, upset, and disrespectful to them. They looked deflated from this. I went in late last night. I feel so bad for shops like this one and people have the selfishness to be mean to these workers. Which are usually pretty young individuals just trying to survive. THIS IS NOT THEIR FAULT, and if you don't like it...move. I really hope the community continues using this shop and they should be commended for their adaptability and customer service.

I can't believe I haven't been here sooner (I moved to CA in 2018. They have an excellent selection of fruity+menthol-y e-juice. They have my geek vape coils. They have a bunch of other interesting stuff, too. The people that work here are top-notch friendly and happy. I gladly drive all the way from Cloverdale to shop here now. The other shops I've been going to either disappear, don't have a good e-juice selection/are consistently out of what I want, and/or don't have the coils I use.

This place has sadly gone from my one stop shop to a place I avoid entirely if possible. Inventory is feeling as spotty as a gas station vape selection, and customer service has deteriorated very quickly with seemingly the loss of great management. Still Carrie’s quality glass products though, although a little expensive. Felt very let down for more than one experience now. Sad times, hoping it turns back around.

Great spot to pick up juice and coils, they're certain to have whichever brand you need of either. They are a little lacking in the device selection department and the prices are a bit high but it works when you're in a pinch and need to pick up a new mod. The owner is awesome and regularly around, making sure service is always on point . I'm glad to still have citrus around after the other vape stores in town went by the wayside.
