Kim in the office is so easy to work with and gets quotes to me quickly. There was an issue with a job they were doing for us and the staff contacted me immediately with 2 options for a fix to the issue and bam it was done. All project we have sent them have been done quickly and efficiently with great quality. We highly recommend.

I had to write this review as a very small token of my appreciation for Chromagraphics. I live in St. Louis, MO and came out to help my friend with a huge music festival. Somehow, the printer she had used for years, could no longer do it, and we were only 3 days out! It was absurd that we needed 2500 copies of a full-color 16 page program. I frantically called several printers, and several told me that there was no way they could do it, and several gave me prices that I knew were economically impossible. I frantically called Kim, and she was kind, knowledgeable and very understanding. She quickly got a quote for me, and within a day and a half, all 2500, beautiful programs were ready for pick up. I hope everyone knows the gem they have in Santa Rosa. We will all be forever grateful.

I have experienced excellent customer service and pricing is usually in the ballpark with others. Pricing is very important for us due to the fact that we are allotted a certain amount per year. The signage we create and order is for our partners so we need to get the most bang for our buck to continue providing this service to our partners.
