I have been getting gas here for almost 20 years. We were so happy when they rebuilt so quickly after the fires. Recently, their mobile pay at the pump has been down frequently. Today, there was no notice on the pump and when I called for help, the attendant's solution was to come inside to pay. The whole idea of mobile pay is that you don't have to go inside to pay. I only use mobile pay.

Well I would give less than one star if I could. It was an alienating experience in the convenient store. The three employees of Hispanic origin were speaking in Spanish only. Now before everyone gets all uptight I want to clarify that it was what they were saying. I can't believe that they would be so ignorant as to talk about what they were talking about because they think a white Californian doesn't understand any Spanish. There were two males and one female and the younger male was doing this obnoxious laughter at what the other guy was saying. As I approached the counter the female looked uneasy and the older guy that had been doing most of the talking was trying to get the laughing guy to cool it. I didn't bother to acknowledge them just paid and left. I sent their corporate a message but I probably won't be going back.

I just had my first bad experience at a chevron and I'm baffled that they let horrible employees work there. After witnessing the overweight curly hair lady at the register exchange a lottery ticket I was inspired to buy some and when I asked for them she asked me for my physical debit card and ID I laughed because I know well enough that I don't look 18 or younger. I have children of my own. She was giving me a hard time for no reason. Again the curly, slightly orange haired overweight register person! Horrible service. Didn't even give me a receipt I had to ask for it. Please give her proper training on following through on ID requirements will all customers.

I went there today and noticed the bathroom was locked. I saw one of the workers (some female worker with long black hair) walk past me. I asked if I needed a key for the bathroom. She gave me a look like how dare you talk to me. I told her a little respect would be nice. She again just gave me the look like f/u. I then asked the cashier the same question. She was very nice. Thus the reason for 2 stars. She unlocked the bathroom. I then got a got a soda and asked who the other worker was. She said another worker. I told her she is a total b***h. She gave me a look and said ya I know. She's my boss so I can't say anything. I told her I can and she is rude as heck and a rude b***h. She agreed with me. I then left the store.

I had a really awful experience with one of the night crew lady who after being quite annoyed decided to start swearing at me until I left the market. She had such a bad temper and decided to take it out on me in a very poor manner. Not very professional and doesn't know how to handle customers properly.This took place on 11/11/22 around 6pm. I called customer service to report the woman and spoke with Micah on 11/14/22 and still haven't received any calls from anyone apologizing for the situation.The reason I was there was to purchase new lottery tickets and their policy now is to take the money then to issue the lottery tickets which is the wrong way to deal with buying tickets. They said to me that because other individuals have not had cash they have been losing money due to other people. Mind you I have always held my cash money in my hands before buying any lottery tickets. So they could see I have the cash to buy tickets so there would be no problem. If I gave them the cash they would immediately put the money away without giving me the tickets at the same time for a swap. This is a very poor policy they have due to other customers shorting them from the beginning.I wish they would realize what they are causing and stop with the poor customer service.I still would prefer a call back to apologize to me over the terrible employee experience and to fire her for not conducting herself in a proper manner.Very disappointed customer

Horrible gas station. Always with broken pumps. Today 10/13/22, I went to fill up my car with gas and pumps 5 & 6 were out of service. I went to 2 and well that one was was out of service as well. My Chevron card got stuck so I called for the attendant who had to release my card and she's like that one is broken, you have to find another. So I went to pump 1 and same thing. I ended up at pump 12, that one actually worked. The attendant was rude and didn't seem to care. Won't be going to that Chevron anymore.

I ate two of the taquitos from here 3 days ago and I had the worst food poisoning known to mAn. It tasted overcooked but now looking back I can’t imagine how long it was under those lights. Horrible beware
