On Friday, January 12, 2023 I got gas and the Receipt did not print so I needed to go inside but the door was locked the lights were on and I've been waiting for 22 minutes . WTF Chevron on Mendocino / Steele Lane in Santa Rosa, CA. Get it together the customers are backing up.

Went in to get some gas around 6:30 tonight and some kid in a pink Cookies sweatshirt, clearly stoned out of his mind, was behind the counter on his phone. I was waiting at the counter and he was on his phone, acting like I wasn't even there. Finally he turned around, acting like I was bothering him by being there. He rudely rang up my gas. Went and complained to my boyfriend and the sweet woman at the pump next to us had the exact same issue. I'm not one for bad reviews unless it's absolutely warranted, but this kid was extremely rude and very obviously high.

Came here to put air in my tires. Put $1.50 in the air machine, it didn't work. That was a sign on the store door that said "back in 30 mins. Fortunately someone was they in less than 30, but the person said they couldn't give me my money back or turn on the air machine for me. This isn't the first time I've been here when the store has been closed between the hours of 9-5 and I haven't been able to get help. I'll go someplace else where there's staff to help and working air machines. I'm glad I wasn't in an emergency this time.

9/26/23 at 9:16 Door was locked and I waited for about 5 minutes. A "customer" yelled at me that "he is on lunch" Don't know if your employee usually takes lunches at random times. Figured the employer might want to know

Are used to really like the station, but they have really went down in the quality of their gas pumps and their employees. About half the time you go here if Holmes aren't working properly. About half the time it won't give you a receipt and you have to go in and ask for one. Chevron if you're listening, you really need to improve the quality of this station.
