The bathroom is always closed. They say ita for cleaning but for 2 years its been locked. Associate s arent nice.

You can spend your money here but don't ask for restroom or expect a courteous employee. Three employees sitting on product talking about personal life, watch me a hancicapp 50 yr old woman limp to use restroom while my car filled up. I find it locked and go to ask employees for key and look at me like I interrupted them and one said my bathroom isn't working and continued to talk like I wasn't there.

Pulled in and loaded up my Safeway card number and pump would not pump. Showed previous $46.00. Woman inside told me to pull forward. I advised I am in the front she ok, switch pumps. I asked if my points would be lost since I put the card In. Didn't seem like that outlandish of a question. She said, move pumps you didn't pump. As I walk out the door, she mumbled #JesusChrist. Insanely rude and horrible customer service.

Went to get some snacks since is close to my hotel. I had more than a handful of items. When the female clerk rung me up she didn't ask if I wanted a bag. She gave me the side eye with a disappointing look. I asked, " do you not want to give me a bag?" She said that they charge for bags. I said that she was supposed to ask if I wanted a bag. She told me that I was supposed to ask for the bag. When I tried to say something back she said something in Spanish th

just had the homeless black guy outside the station threaten to kill me so I called the cops and apparently he's on probation and they won't do anything about it. such nice customers and friendly people hang out around here!

Terrible customer service. The lady working the register was extremely rude and impatient.I understand this is a gas station but if it was my gas station I would not hire a person with no customer experience and a bad attitude.

I noticed that the safeway loyalty option does not come up on the pump. I start filling my diesel up anyway. I go in and get a drink and pay for it with the cashier. As I'm paying I ask do you guys not offer the Safeway loyalty discount. Cashier carelessly tells me "guess not, not today, it's been not working". I'm thinking I just put 30+ gallons of diesel in my truck at your pump. Super rude and careless. I won't fill up at this station again.

They have no cups for drinks I ask the overweight Latina girl "where are the cups" she says "YOU HAVE TO BUY THEM FIRST" basically yelling at me. I said "ok can I buy a medium" then she says "79 cents" in a very rude tone. I ignore it and pay for my drink. There are no lids, or straws so I politely ask "may I have a lid please" and both the overweight Mexican ladies ignore me and start laughing at a paying customer. I get my lid and then say where are the straws as they throw a straw at me. It's only a 1$ drink but if this is how you act no wonder you have a 1 star rating. DO NOT GO HERE TAKE YOU BUSINESS TO SHELL WHERE THEY TREAT YOU RIGHT.

Stopped here for gas after long trip, first pump didn't work. Went in to go to restroom after finding working pump and was told they don't have one... right.

Broken gas pump hose and the doors have been locked most of the day. The other pumps don’t pump and after calling twice they finally answered the phone. Lady needs to spend less time off in the back room and pay attention to what’s going on there. Lady you have gas all over the ground.

Gas pumps filled rediculously slowly and stopped many times as I was filling my tank when I knew it hadn’t filled the entire thing. The last time I had to restart it my full neck started overflowing leaking gasoline all over the ground and my hot car. Dangerous and unprofessional.
