We needed fuel after having to leave Napa CA due to the fire. First pump did not work. My husband reported this to cashier and she replied yeah I already know. Well, why did someone not put a sign on the pump! When my husband ask for key to restroom then he was ask did u buy gas! Management this falls under very poor customer service!

A clean, well organized station with a decent stock of quick grab food items and fresh food items that have current dates on them. I've never purchased anything to eat that was stale tasting or past it's expiration date from here. Friendly employees work here and really seem to enjoy their position with Chevron. Restrooms are always clean during any of my visits, upon my usage of them.

Great place to go get some gas. Even though they are sucking the lubricant for the plate tectonics, which is a massive contribution to the earthquakes that we experience, at least from a human perspective.

I was driving thru Santa Rosa the other day, and this Chevron Station caught my eye with it's somewhat unique design. So when I was heading back to Hwy 101, I stopped to get gas and some snacks. Reg UL was $5.20/gallon, that is a bit high for the area (according to GasBuddy). The islands are fairly spacious, but there's not much room to maneuver. The station itself is clean. I went inside the food mart, and the cashier had a friendly sense of humor. Seems to be a lot of customers for a place with lousy ratings. But it has a prime location on the corner of College Ave & Mendocino Ave.

Service is good, just lack of variety for food and incredibly expensive. But it is what it is...

It'd be nice if the lady who works the mornings would actually stay off her cell phone and work

I am 18 years of age. I was going to this location to purchase a lighter, round gentleman said I needed to be 21, I politely said no I do not the legal age requirement is 18 years of age in the state of California. He kept persisting but so did I... I then googled the law itself and showed him multiple readings on my phone and he still denied due to my "age" ridiculous. I thought this was America man tf.

I've been going there for over 20 years... never had a problem. The other day I went in with my service dog & while opens the door began to loose my balance & stepped on her. The 2 employees were lovingly concerned. My dog was fine. It was very sweet of the staff. All I don't care for is that they are not open 24 hours anymore. They close for 3 or 4 hours at night. Not sure if that's a COVID-19 thing or due to such things as whatever event cracked the glass on their door. I also notice a crack on the window by the window drawer. Oh and BTW the picture on this listing is not the College Ave./Mendocino. The picture is of the Steel Lane/Mendocino Chevron across from the Safeway gas station.

These people really did save my a*** Lost my phone in the store and heard that a woman claimed it was her but the employees didn't let her keep it. I'm glad they were very courageous and wouldn't have my phone today without their help
