All I needed to do was deposit some money into someone’s account and they make it seem like all you can do is a $30 wire transfer why would I need to do a wire transfer? I had to ask a bunch of questions and dig deeper and then eventually she told me I could do a cashiers check. Their one job is to help their customers how is telling me I need to pay $30 when I don’t have to do that helping me?

Been with Chase well since they bought Washington Mutual so I was brought into it about 7 or so years ago. This location is still the way I remember it when it was WAMU, very friendly staff and very rarely any long lines. Easy to talk to anyone about other services. Unlike their other location near the Coddingtown Mall this ones does not have a bulletproof glass cage between you and the tellers. Thus, it doesn't feel like a Check Cashing place but rather an actual bank.

Chase is one of those banks that is know nation wide, but still provide a welcoming atmosphere to its clientele. They offer all major banking services, in addition to convenient on-line banking and mobile banking. This branch has plenty of staff to accommodate fast service and has ample amount of personal bankers for those who are looking to open an account or would like to endeavor in Chase's other financial services. Their customer service is great, I am always greeted in a timely and friendly manner. I can always count on Chase to make things right. Their customer service and banking abilities make this branch a great place to open an account and continue banking.
