The 2 tellers were a delight, helpful, friendly. Great experience and 1 can normally never say that about a bank.

I had lost my wallet with my cards in it. Came in the next day and had a super helpful lady named Emma she was very knowledgeable and friendly and she had me leaving with a smile on my face and a new card ordered in about 15 minutes!!??

It's a three-star review because my experience with Chase was horrible overall, but two of the staff at this branch, Michael Basich and Kristen Vogt, did a great job resolving my issue after a bunch of other Chase employees told me to go pound sand. I really felt valued and greatly appreciate their hard work.

The customer service at this branch gets one star - for the one banker who actually helped me. However, I needed more help and that person was out of the office for an extended period and no one else knew how to answer my questions. I was attempting to transfer an investment from a brokerage firm into Chase, and thought they would have been interested in having control of the chunk of money I was going to put in their hands. After 3 months of phone tag, phone calls passed to staff who couldn't help me, and (many times) phoning and getting the recorded message "all staff are helping other customers so call back later", I found another bank, moved my money out of Chase and got the investment rolled over within a few days.

I hardly ever visit the bank except to do account maintenance or a new account. But, I have been in this branch twice within a year to open new accounts. Both visits took way to long! I just opened a new joint checking account with one beneficiary. We are all existing customers and this basic account took approximately 1 hour to open!!! The young lady opening the account was very friendly and professional. The complaint is not with her, but the long painful hour we spent there for something that should have taken 15-20 minutes!!

This is not about this particular location but Chase Bank in general. In the last six months I have had to fraudulent ATM charges on my card. I never use the ATMs that I've been told I used but according to chase I authorized the charges because a PIN number was used (not that those can't be captured by thieves) and I was told it was also a chip transaction. When it comes to thievery where there's a will there's a way. Sothey kept my money. Chase has terrible security and as a result of this I will be changing to a new bank. One that cares about their customers. And has security features that doesn't allow this type of activity to occur and then to add insult to injury tell you you've done this when you didn't.I've never been more disgusted or disappointed with a financial institution than I am of Chase Bank and will never use them again and we'll tell anyone I know not to bank with them. Not only did a thief steal from me my bank has also stolen from me. I have been an excellent customer for over 2 years. I have not overdrafted my account one time. They don't care.

I am a chase member and so happened to stop by to see a teller, needed to use restroom (as a pregnant woman I can't really hold my bladder) and supervisor and tellers denied me the use of restroom regardless of my pregnancy. If that's not customer service idk what is.

I don't bank with Chase but they do own my mortgage and today, I had to come in for some assistance and was really happy with my experience. The wait time was short and I was able to get support and resolution efficiently and with great courtesy. I am happy to work with them and would recommend their services if you're in the market for a mortgage with a competitive rate and great service in person and easy to use website or pay by phone option. I had not been in a bank since the pandemic so I was apprehensive to go but felt they are taking good precautions to keep both staff and customers safe.

Always friendly, fast customer service. They are one of the two banks that I will do business with.

In the few years I held a Chase account this location was always friendly, and the staff was very helpful whenever I needed it. I was able to find a parking spot quickly, and relatively close to the bank. Their service is fast, and I've never had an issue at this location. Not a huge fan of this Bank, but the people who work there are great.

Simon the banker that initially signed me up is great. But one of the reasons I switched was because of the customer service at Wells Fargo. Every time I go in there is a line of three or four which isn't bad. But they only have one teller. Today was Friday they had two tellers and a line of 15 people. The worst part is that they knew this was going to happen and yet they were still understaffed. The older female teller actually admitted that they knew this was the case, but yet still two tellers. The young teller helping me, was not exactly what I would call professional. Her dress was sloppy, not what I would expect from a bank teller. The older teller actually admitted that, they knew they would be busy, but yet still two tellers. The one thing I can say about Wells Fargo is that their tellers were always perfectly coiffed and friendly. This gal seemed overwhelmed , which she probably was due to understaffing. Get some more help Chase.
