These guys have been very pleasant to work with. We do a lot of large scale projects in the bay area and have gotten used to crummy customer service over recent years. But my site superintendent, project coordinator and I all agree we love working with CTC. Kris is usually who I communicate with and he's been quick with responses. CTC is helping us with a large multi-family housing project in downtown Santa Rosa right now and so far everything has been super smooth.

Always great customer service here. Most recently we dropped and broke the last tile needed to complete a shower wall, and Noah from CTC Santa Rosa cleverly hooked us up with a sample piece they had in back so we wouldn’t have to order an additional box of tile. And in the past we’ve received great design advice from their sales staff (Hannah, and others whose names are escaping me at the moment). 5 stars!

Thanks to the crew at CTC Warehouse, especially Carl. I had a medium sized pick up of tile. Carl was very helpful, loading it into my car. He was extra careful and examined all items. When he found a cracked tile he immediately took care of documenting it and getting it reordered. I think it's part of his job, but not everyone does their jobs well, so I don't take it for granted. He was professional and super nice. The warehouse manager, Ralph I think his name is, is very professional too and also helpful . Last time I bought tile from CTC, I had to order more, and quickly and he made sure it happened in my time frame. Thanks guys!

I had an excellent experience at the Ceramic Tile Center on Santa Rosa Avenue in Santa Rosa. Designer Mary Day spent time with me and had so many great ideas for the new backsplash for my bathroom remodel. She was patient and responsive in person and by phone and email. The showroom is MUCH bigger than it appears from the street and has an amazing variety of tile of various materials. I took several samples home before deciding, with Mary's help, on a natural stone tile that complements the countertop of my vanity. I highly recommend making an appointment to see Mary at the Ceramic Tile Center to discuss your project.

I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Gina at Ceramic Tile Center. I'm one of those "can't make up my mind/so confused" type of customers. Gina was the most patient and helpful sales person ever. I'd been to quite a few tile stores and each time someone with little to no knowledge about the products in the store would greet me with the standard "let me know what I can do to help" greeting, but then not be able to provide any help at all. Gina has a wealth of knowledge and it's obvious that she is truly passionate about the design process and the products in the store. She didn't get frustrated for one single minute when I asked question after question about the different products. She walked me around the store and pointed out differences in products and styles and ever so willingly ordered me samples of new tile that had just been installed in the store. She spent an endless amount of time with me and never once made me feel rushed. Ceramic Tile Center is very lucky to have someone like her working for them. She truly is the model of what good customer service looks like. Thank you Gina for all your help! I now will only buy from Ceramic Tile Center for any of our tile needs.

All the staff at Ceramic Tile - Santa Rosa are super friendly, helpful, and eager to please. I would like to specifically shout out Mary Day - who was extremely patient with me while deciding my tile needs for our bathroom and kitchen. This was my first project and she made me feel at ease. Another shout out to the entire staff at the warehouse, who helped pack my car - as neatly and carefully as possible with several hundred pounds of tile to ensure a safe and worry free drive home. I highly recommend Ceramic Tile.
